I stayed here a couple of nights in November. What a beautiful little cottage with the most stunning views. The hosts really care about this place, attention to detail, flowers on the bedside, fresh parsley in the kitchen. Beautiful home made bread and plenty of other breakfast requirements including eggs, bacon, sausages, stewed fruit, yogurt, cereal and muesli. Waking up...

Belinda thank you for your lovely review and I'm so happy you enjoyed your stay in the cottage. Looking forward to you being able to come back again soon and see how our little mow cows have grown.

We had a fantastic time here. The accommodation itself is fantastic, with very comfortable beds, and everything you need in a little cottage! The cows at the property were gorgeous and the doggy very friendly! We climbed to the top of the hill in the backyard, which was quite an effort but definitely worth it for 'that' view and all...

We stayed in this lovely b&b for four nights very recently. This property is absolutely top class. Melissa & Rob have thought of everything and the quality is excellent. The breakfast provisions were generous and fresh, the magnificent home made bread and the outlook magnificent. The belted galloways looked so peaceful in their paddocks. A truly marvellous get away.

We just recently stayed at here and we loved it. There was home cooked bread and a fire going on arrival. Breakfast provisions and complimentary port were also provided. We loved the atmosphere of the cottage and our little one loved the toys and going to see the cowes and blue the dog. We would highly recommend this as a...

I have finally found a rainy day to catch-up on some reviews. Better late than never. Isn't it strange that it is only the really bad or really good places which qualify for special attention. Well this is 'Really Really Good'. Excellent communication, friendly welcome, lovely fresh bread, beautiful surroundings, fresh, clean spacious. We booked for 3 nights and came back...

We have visited this lovely cottage for a number of years now and always enjoy our stay. This time we ventured to the old Cheviot Tunnel on the nearby rail trail, as well as Sedona Estate winery, both of which were worth the short drive. As ever, highly recommended.

Your little holiday house at Strath Valley View awaits your next visit. You'll have to bring your bikes up next time to ride through the Cheviot Tunnel and yes Sedona Estate is a stunning boutique vineyard. Thrilled your little family had a nice weekend with us again.

Every year my wife and I look for somewhere special to stay for our Wedding Anniversary, so of consequence have stayed in MANY places over the years. This would have to be up there with the best, and we could not fault it in any way, right from the outset with the warm home cooked loaf of bread on arrival,...

What a beautiful place with amazing views. The cottage is excellent! Breakfast provisions are excellent, fresh eggs provided with warm home backed bread, orange juice, and coffee. The BBQ packs are well worth it! Nearby wineries make for a nice day trip and perfect for brining a good wine back to enjoy on the veranda as the sun goes down...
