Perfectly good basic hotel, easy to find quite with great views. Good value for money offering clean rooms, look to be newly decorated (August 2015). Wifi of 100ms ping and 3 mb download. Easy parking and plenty of land to walk the hound. There is a electric gate to get in that was closed and we needed to call to...

Flea infested, dog hairs on bed, filthy, basic beyond basic, toilet runninv constantly, glass window on door broken, ill fitting blind gives no privacy to outside, shower simply disgusting. Left after an hour. Host didn't care and agreed not to charge, but they did charge my card. She has an appalling manner. Dreadful place, needs closing down...do not stay or...

Beautiful location set back from rouen and surrounded by countryside. It felt very secure as we had to have a code to enter the complex. The room was large and comfy however it may need a little referbishment that is why im giving it 4 stars, the breakfas was very nice and showed off an impressive selection of english and...

I wanted to like this place, the location was handy for the motorway yet peaceful, the host was a lovely lady, there was a Carrefour nearby, breakfast was half the price of a Campanile, there was space for 2 kids but.... the room smelt of public toilets. At most it may have been vacuumed and the sink wiped but the...

Unfortunately I read the reviews after booking! The room was filthy, a burnt iron mark on carpet was first thing we saw, as we moved around it became apparent the room was extremely run down. There was no fridge, a half full kettle (from previous occupant I assume), no tea or coffee anyway so pointless having it! The carpet was...

Great rooms for the price, the family rooms have a good mezzanine level with two single beds. The views of the countryside are far reaching and the donkeys are cute. The owner went out of her way to be helpful. Great that we could put the kids to bed then all sit outside together, the bar closes around 10pm. Perfect...

This hotel was difficult to find for the first time but well worth it with its location close to the great auto routes, but rural enough to have a real comfortable rest, and very comfy beds. We have returned many years on trips between Calais and the south and used it as a base to explore Rouen and the surrounds...

I'm sorry, but being next to a field of braying donkeys does not make this somewhere I would want to stay again. The place is dated, decor scruffy and the toilet bowl was stained with brown. The receptionist was great to be fair but everything else lets the place down. The only thing going for ir is its convenience to...

Stayed here for one night on our way back to the UK from Spain. First of all it is not the easiest place to find, our Sat Nav gave up when it go in the general area! I tried ringing the hotel but no one speaks English so we basically had to find it by sheer luck! Check in was...
