This eco lodge was everything I imagined an eco lodge would be- relaxed, comfortable, and not distracting from the natural surrounding beauty. Way out in the mountains, this place was a little hard to get to after rainstorms washed away half the mountain (it seemed like) but once there it was a lovely time. It was overcast during my stay,...

A wonderful and relaxing place, Casa Grande is in a remote valley miles away from any large town with a wonderful view of the rainforest covered hills. The rooms are basic and clean and the bed was mostly comfortable. The facilities include a nice swimming pool with loungers and a yoga room. The food surprisingly was the highlight. The Chef...

This resort is a beautiful mountain retreat replete with unique "treehouse" cabins, good beds, nice bathrooms, hammocks, porches, a pool, and a decent restaurant. The staff is all genuinely nice. We spent the day traveling La Ruta Panoramica and exploring the Caribbean coast. The drive through Utuado and around the mountain lake to get to Casa Grande was scenic and...

Casa Grande sits in a valley surrounded by lush mountains. The rooms have no tv, or cable (you can access wifi fairly reliably). There's a small pool, and interesting, if short, hiking trails. But if you're job is one of those high-stressed jobs that demand 24/7 attention, this is the place to get away from it all. Literally. The food...

This place was out of a dream. Unbelievably beautiful scenery and a lovely place to stay. Great food at the restaurant, great pool and nice rooms. Really friendly staff and great food at the restaurant. We stayed at four different places during our trip and this was our favorite. We can't wait to return.

I spent four nights at Casa Grande as part of a yoga retreat. It was a great experience to cut-off the outside world and just focus on nature. No tvs, limited internet, and no air conditioning (but you don't really need it, just go jump in the pool if you get too hot.) The grounds were beautiful and had lots...

Thank you for your detailed and informative review. We're delighted you enjoyed the yoga retreat at Casa Grande. Retreats are becoming very popular at Casa Grande and we're looking forward to developing that portion of our business model. Duly noted about the spray for the yoga mats and the need for more variety on the lunch menu.

We loved our quiet, peaceful stay at Case Grande. We had everything we needed. Pool surrounded by mountains in every direction. Fabulous breakfast. Easy check in with helpful host. Would definitely return.

Held a yoga retreat here for 21 yogis. The grounds are gorgeous, the pool delightful, the dedicated yoga room spacious and well equipped. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The food is simple, healthy and delicious, and always served with a smile. We had such a lovely time here. I would reccomend it to anyone...

We couldn't have chosen a Better destination for our Family Reunion. Not only is the location breath-takingly beautiful, but the accommodations were perfect. The Staff is Amazing, they were all over and attentive to our every single need.

Excellent place to stay relax. This place has no tv, just nature, you can hear the sound of a waterfalls from far away and the native frog "coqui" at night. Very eco friendly, no air conditioner just fresh breeze (and a fan of course). The pool has water from the river, very refreshing.
