We were touring with bikes and stayed here ahead of a cycle up Mt Ventoux. It is ideal accommodation if you are cycling or walking, traditional French "logis" accommodation. It has a secure cycle store and our ground floor room, accessed from the street, was ideal for sorting our bikes and getting organised for the day. The food was excellent;...

We were shown to a table in the terrasse restaurant which is on the opposite of the road to the hotel and kitchen. Luckily although it’s a main road there isn’t much traffic. Parking is limited close to the hotel but there’s plenty of room by the mairie at the entrance to the village. The 22 rooms are popular with...

We spent 9 days in May at Relais du Mont-Ventoux where we were joined by 7 cyclists for a week to ascend Mont Ventoux and enjoy rides on the traffic-free roads of this part of Provence. Both the staff and management are extremely friendly and nothing is too much trouble in this hotel . The food is not only excellent...

The hotel is very good, the staff extremely welcoming and helpfull. I was on half board and the meals were excellent - as was the wine! I was in a party of nine, all cyclists and the bicycle storage is very good

Good food with lots of items that were home made by the chef of the house: yoghurt, jam, paté, croissants, bread,... Staff is hard working and always friendly! I would highly recommend this place. Make sure you get a room with a balcony! Great for cycling enthousiasts because it is well situated for beautiful cycling tours.

The hotel is a very good place to stay at if your daily goal is to explore the region during the day. Lots of amenities to store bicycles safely. The staff is very hard-working. The food is simply delicious (!!!), the drinks are cheap (the house wine - vin au pichet - is very good). The rooms are very clean....

Our hotels were all picked for us on our self-guided cycling tour of Provence by our tour organizer so we hadn't done any prior research and each hotel was a suprise, this one more so than the others. Besides a couple of B&Bs this is the only hotel in town. It is smack dab on the road between Sault and...

Positioned 5km outside Sault this hotel is perfectly positioned as a base for exploring north east provence and the lavendar fields etc. The hotel itself has retained the layout of the old original building and is very good value although somewhat basic in terms of facilities. However.. the food is fantastic. Both myself & my wife have eaten in a...

The hotel is in a great position if you want to visit the lavender fields of Provence. The first thing you see is a male dummy sitting on a chair by the side of the road dressed in bike riders gear. I had no idea why he was in such a prominant position, and there is no sign explaining the...

This is a really nice hotel. It has been sensitively improved with many of the old original parts retained. It is quirky, built into a steep hillside. To get to our room you went up a long flight of stairs and emerged into the lane behind the hotel. The room itself was two doors along the lane. But it did...
