Fabulous hotel. Super clean, a wide variety of delicious food and attentive staff. Dining room was set up like a restaurant soft seats, silverware and glasses on the tables etc. Staff served you drinks -from water and freshly squeezed orange juice through to wine, teas & coffees. The buffet was always clean ( kitchen staff watched for spills of food constantly) and food was replaced with fresh the minute a dish was almost finished. Food never had a chance to sit and congeal or go hard. Puja, Anita, Smita & Sylvia (reception area) were the loveliest smiliest serving staff. The young man that served at the carvery and the chef guy that went out of his way to find out what Hesla was in English (semolina not mashed potato- this was an in joke) couldn’t have been more friendly. At the main reception Katerina and the other women (as opposed to the young girls) were great. Helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. The young girls were learning from the best. The sea view room was a treat. 180degree views of the sea and directly below was the pool. The indoor pool was a treat, so cool after scorching sunshine. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was dominated by those selfish folk that get up early and leave their towels on beds even if they don’t come back to them for hours. Management eventually put round a note discouraging this, it was too hot for us to sit there but we could see the same people on the same beds daily from our balcony. Sorry it’s a big review but it’s well worth the read. Not a great deal to do on the island but if you love the sun/heat beach and great food served to you you’ll not want to miss this hotel. Ps use the local buses to get around, €6.50 for an all day ticket to use on any bus.

Just come back from the lovely Cali resort what a fanfastic adults only hotel . The staff when you first enter the hotel are amazing so attentive & welcoming , Viktoria Vicky Molnar is fantastic so welcoming and when she sees you around the hotel she always says hello and asks how you are , she likes to chat to you too . The rooms are lovely decorated the bed is so comfortable lovely air conditioned room , could do with a bit more drawer storage too very spacious in the room . We've had a sea view room and the view of the pool and sea is fantastic especially in the evening when the sun is setting.
The restaurant is lovely too we chose to eat outside as loved the area and views around the poolside , inside is airconditioned. The restaurant is themed every night providing you with lots of lovely choices , hot & cold buffet lovely meat dishes , fish dishes , salads galore and lots of lovely puddings cakes , fruit sooooo much choice . The staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to make something different if you request it. I requested poached eggs as not laid out for breakfast they were perfect and delivered to my table in 10 mins fresh . Lots of vegetarian options too which was good for my daughter . Poolside bar area & food is good throughout the day, delivered to your sunbeds by the hard working staff on the heat . Well the sunbeds were truly the best I've ever laid on so thick and comfortable , you can change your towels through out the day at the poolside by the lifeguard ststion. Only negative is if you want a sun bed literally in the pool area these were being taken at 6.am generally the same people had these every day, but I was getting up at 7.30 to get our spot we liked but there was still a lot of choice around 10 am so don't worry you can enjoy your holiday lay in.
The gym was lovely I didn't realise there was a gym as good as it was , lots of machines & weights , quiet at 8.30 am air conditioned too the spa was nice the pool is lovely and cold unlike the warm pool outside but it's still refreshing.
Entertainment was ok there were some people signing , man playing a ukulele felt like it needed something a bit more .
Love that you can walk to the beach and upto coral bays strip where it has shops , gift shops, bars & restaurants ( literally just up the road )
I'd definitely go back to Cali Resort & Spa we had an amazing time at this luxurious adults only hotel, a special mention to Viktoria Vicky Molnar who is an absolute credit to the hotel , and to all of the staff who have been incredible too.

From the moment we arrived at the Cali resort and Spa we knew we were in for a luxury 5 star experience. We were greeted warmly by the bell boys who helped us with some rather heavy suitcases and the concierge offered us seats whilst we filled in our check in forms. We really liked this approach rather than waiting at the desk. Whilst we completed our check in, we were given refreshments. cold welcome drinks, cool towels which smelt of beautiful lavender and a very tasty biscuit treat. The head of the hotels public relations was extremely friendly and we told her about the nightmare day we’d had at another hotel (see my review for the King Evelthon if you’re interested) We explained we were on our honeymoon as we had just gotten married the day prior and she instantly upgraded our room to a sea view. Once the check in process was quickly completed, the bell boys took our luggage and showed us to our rooms (which were beautifully modern) and stowed our suitcases for us. Not 10 minutes later, a knock at the door and we were presented with an amazing fruit platter, a bucket of iced champagne and other welcome treats. At this point we couldn’t believe the level of service and as a foresight. It only got better. The rooms are cozy but by no means small. The bathrooms are modern and the shower is wonderfully spacious and overall the rooms are very well presented. Now onto the staff. I have not one single bad word or complaint. Every single member of the staff has been extremely friendly and helpful. The pool side staff are wonderfully attentive and the bar staff make the most amazing cocktails! The pool is a very good size and sun-beds are plentiful. We ventured around the hotel on our first evening and took a look around the spa, which was actually closed by this point but the security guard took it upon himself to give us the tour which was really going above and beyond. He was very friendly and welcoming. THE FOOD IS AMAZING!! the buffet has a different theme every night and we haven’t eaten the same thing once as there is so much variety. The food is wonderfully presented and myself and my wife agreed this is the best food we’ve had at any holiday destination we’ve been on so far and we’ve been all around the Caribbean. We are still currently on our stay but I felt so compelled to give my thoughts and approval of this hotel that I couldn’t wait until the end of our stay. I would like to say thank you to all of the staff. Every single one of you has been amazing. I’d usually take names for personal mentions but they’ve all been so good I feel I can praise them on the whole for such a 5 star service.

Well guys this is it,the day as come to say goodbye to the Guests of Cali resort and Spa Hotel ,for this year anyways! The main problem with this hotel is…..it’s so addictive! I mean from the moment you arrive to the very last day your stay is transformed into a life of luxury and elegance! We chose this holiday for our 40th wedding anniversary and on arrival we were met with champagne and a luxurious cake + nibbles,in our luxury room.Clean bathrobes,slippers,towels and other various sanitary products were supplied as standard and the bed, OH MY GOD,was so comfortable to say the least! Breakfast from day one to the last,consisted of top quality produce and freshness Lunch was also amazing,as there is something for everybodies tastes including my gorgeous wife! Lol! You would think you were at evening dinner!
Dinner was absolutely knockout to say the least! There’s a theme night everyday(check the notice board outside the restaurant for changers) the staff in the restaurant are a credit to the hotel,as is all of the staff throughout,a smile on there faces all the time and nothing to much trouble! We booked the Japanese restaurant which is included once a week during your stay,beautiful alacart food is served here,and was our first time at this cuisine! Outside during the day was a dream,plenty of sunbeds,no need to reserve,but the side of pool beds do go quickly! The alcoholic /nonalcoholic drinks are amazing,local and international are served,the cocktails are amazing and there’s variied menu! While all this is happening the hotel staff are are operating behind the scenes doing one hell of a job,a special mention to Viktoria Vicky Molnar who as always checked to see if everything is ok! Evenings you are entertained with a varied menu of artists from local to international musical tastes,but if you like something different, the coral bay strip is just a stone throw away! We stayed here for our honeymoon 12-20th july. We have children so we're looking for somewhere very chilled and adult only. All I can say is WOW! What am amazing honeymoon it has been, from the minute we arrived the staff were absolutely amazing, all the staff on reception, all the staff working in the restaurant, in the bars outside, the cleaners everyone was lovely and always went the extra mile! The rooms are wonderful and the decor is really modern, people have mentioned about the storage, we personally didn't find it a problem, the aircon was fabulous, especially with temperatures hitting 43degrees. The wifi was really good, stayed connected the whole time and really good signal. Vicky from guest relations was amazing and upgraded our room and left a special bottle of fizz in the room as well, so special shout out to her! She was a real breath of fresh air and so so helpful, so when you go make sure you introduce yourself to her, she's also extra knowledgeable about the area and will help you book activities (I definitely recommend going to the blue lagoon!) The hotel is in a wonderful location, 5 minute walk from coral bay beach which is lovely, buses right outside, no times on bus stops but they are every 10 minutes.
Food AMAZING, I love trying new foods and they had different themes each evening and everything was made and presented to a 5☆ standard, george in the restaurant is super friendly and will make the effort to talk to you, as they all do but I only manage to remember his name. The Japanese was out of this world, it is outside in the evening at the bar, we sat down to be greeted by a lovely menu, we were under the impression we'd pick our food but it was everything on the menu and it was amazing.
Drinks/cocktails at the pool bar, fantastic, they are always circling taking old glasses and asking for your orders. Always presented in a beautiful manner, I especially loved the strawberry lemonade, so refreshing. We were asked our room number, again this was an issue for people, this was not an issue for us, just makes there job easier by knowing, no we don't want wrist bands at this hotel as people have suggested!
The spa was brilliant and the pool was COLD which was a god send in the heat as the pool was warm, we had a massage each in the spa and both loved it, definitely worth it. Gym looked good (didn't use) but the sauna and steam room (Free of charge for guests) was lovely and all new!
The hotel is lovely and clean, cleaners work hard every day and come in multiple times a day, they come in the evening to 'turn downpour duvet and leave you chocolates, I love it! Mini bar replenished daily.
I honestly have not one bad thing to say about this hotel. Keep up the good work everyone, we will be back!

I had been following the revamp of this hotel as wasn't disappointed. Wow, what an amazing place. Small jobs around the hotel are still on going & they are listening to guests input to make this place even more special. Firstly the staff are great, really seem to enjoy their jobs & nothing is too much trouble.They are friendly & happy & make your holiday so memorable. The decor is very high end with rooms comfortably with everything you need including bathrobe, slippers, lovely shower gel, great bathroom, mini bar replenish daily. Kettle & coffee machine. usb ports. The most comfortable bed with extra plump pillows. The room was cleaned daily. Food & drinks were so good, even supplying 0% larger in with the all inclusive. There were so many different dishes to choose from & a different theme every day. I can honestly say that this was the best food we have ever had & so fresh. We ate in the Asian restaurant one night which was very nice but portion sized were far too big & there were 5 dishes in the set menu. There was a live singer every night along with a chilled atmosphere. Coral beach is a 4 minute walk down the hill & is a blue flag beach so lots of swimming in the sea. We enjoyed this holiday so much that we have booked again for October knowing that we will receive 5 star luxury.

What a tranquil stay! As an adults-only hotel, the hotel is extremely peaceful, with a really chilled vibe. Breakfast and lunch are both incredible, with a wide, high-quality selection. The Japanese restaurant is unbelievable; make sure you’re hungry! Rooms were cleaned twice daily and restocked with beer, pop, water, and coffee. I would highly recommend going all-inclusive, as the drinks menu is one of the best, with plenty of premium drinks. Snacks are available throughout the day from the pool bar are great! Staff are extremely accommodating, great poolside service is provided and nothing is ever too much of an issue they even made us lunch to take away to go down to the beach, which is less than a 5-minute walk. Local shops are a stone's throw away but there wasn’t really a need to venture out much.

What a fantastic hotel, from the moment we arrived to the when we left, we were so well looked after by all the staff at the Cali Resort.
Check in was smooth and we were given fresh lemonade and a cold towel each, before being advised where the facilities were and the timings of restaurants. Our bags were looked after and someone was waiting at our room with them following check-in.
We were in room A110, with a gorgeous view over the pool and sea. This room is above where the live music is at night, but wasn't an issue as it stopped by 11pm. The decor of the rooms was lovely with plenty of amenities, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, dental kit etc. With a nespresso coffee machine and a fully stocked mini bar everyday.
The food at the main restaurant was brilliant, plenty of selection, cooked fresh and catered for everyone. The salads were lovely and fresh also. The rose wine was a 10/10! Highly recommend.
I also highly recommend using the spa, I had a hot stone full body massage with an Indian head, best massage I have every had! Thank you to the at Kallos Spa.
My only couple of negatives that could do with improving, is that the hotel advise upon check in that sunbeds should not be reserved with towels before 8am, however they do not enforce this and all the beds poolside were always taken by 7am. Secondly in the evening, there wasn't enough outdoor seating to accommodate all guests, meaning people were either sat inside missing the live music or on the wet sun loungers.
Overall we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this resort. Thank you to all the staff for your hard work and exceptional service.

My Wife & I stayed at Cali Resort & Spa for two weeks (9th-23rd June) & had a fantastic holiday.
We couldn’t fault this hotel the staff were absolutely fantastic, they could not do enough for you & they all are a real credit to the hotel.
The hotel has recently been renovated, on walking into the hotel you really do get a WOW factor, the atmosphere is very relaxing & chilled.
We really enjoyed the food in the main restaurant where you get lots of choice & ate pool bar for lunch, George the main restaurant manager was very friendly & helpful if you needed anything, it was no trouble for him to oblige.
We also ate at the Japanese twice over our two week stay & would recommend it, my advice would be to have light lunch as you get an extensive fixed menu here.
The drinks were branded with a good choice of international brands the cocktails were really nice too and the bar staff would also make anything we requested off the menu.
Our room was fine but a little bit on the small side compared to what we are used to, our main issue was the lack of storage space but like other reviews I’m sure the hotel will be doing all they can to resolve this issue. The room was clean, tidy and we had fresh towels every day along will with restocked mini bar.
The hotel offer free of charge yoga three times a week, it takes place in the shade under cover & we would recommend it.
The Spa is very nice & offered a de-stress massage as a special offer, all hotel guests can use the indoor pool, steam & sauna free of charge.
Lastly I would like to thank Vicky (Louis Guests Relations Manager) for all the hard work she puts in, she goes above & beyond for every guest, a real credit to the Louis Group…

We were very anxious after booking this hotel due to peoples reviews and it only opening up at the end of May. With anything new there's going to be teething problems. But I can honestly say we had the best time. We arrived late around 11pm on arrival the staff were very friendly and keen to get us checked in quickly so we could get to our room and relax. When we got to our room we were pleasantly surprised the room was modern, clean. Mini bar full of drinks which was replenished everyday. They had kindly left us a sandwich and a snack due to late check in and petals on our bed as it was our honeymoon. The bed and pillow wow so dreamy and comfortable!
The pool is warm and as lovely as it looks on the photos !! The beds in the pool I loved and never struggled to get a bed. The staff were fantastic looking after you all day around the pool asking if you would like a drink etc very professional polite and work very hard to keep everyone happy.
The food was delicious so much choice something for everyone. Again staff in the restaurant fantastic seating you and keeping your drinks replenished. The best night for us was eating at the Japanese it was our favourite night the food was insane we both really did enjoy it.
During our stay all the teething problems were dealt with there and then. People really are moaning about very silly things but hey I guess you can't please everyone! Guests were saying a shelf in the shower would be nice to put your own toiletries on I heard this was getting done and also more storage in the room. But during our stay we were absolutely fine! We rang and asked for an iron to be brought up one evening and it came up to us within a matter of minutes.
The spa please do use you don't have to have treatments you can just use the facilities but if you can have a treatment I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
The beach on coral bay is literally a 10 minute walk. There's also a bus on the strip which goes to Paphos €2. Coral bay strip has some lovely bars and restaurants as-well as some little shops if you fancy a change of scenery.
The entertainment on an evening is lovely something different each evening we just wish it lasted longer it seemed to finish at 10:30pm then go quiet. Be lovely if they played some music after but still we enjoyed chilling with a drink meeting new people.
The drinks on the all inclusive were fab and branded alcohol!
I would highly recommend this hotel very chilled out vibes we thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon the staff can't do enough for you and the manager Viktoria is fantastic very professional and happy to help with absolutely anything she can. We will definitely be visiting again.

There are lots of sunbeds around the pool area, and a bit further away from the pool. There is room to walk around the sunbed. There is also beds by the pool you can use too.
There are more places to choose from in the Coral Bay area.
