I cannot fault this hotel in any way. All the staff without exception were first class and attentive in every way.
The food was lovely and there was plenty of selection. The a la carte restaurant was amazing. Aristos and his team were great.
There were plenty of sun beds by the pool and we didn’t get down there until after 9am. Little touches like an iced towel being brought round were much appreciated.
The hotel pay for around 20 sun beds on the beautiful Coral Bay beach which is a 1 minute walk down some steps. The pool attendant regularly asked non hotel residents to vacate which was great.
The rooms were good with stunning sea views. We stayed in a standard double and the bed was huge. Loads of storage. Our aircon wasn’t working very well on the first night but it was fixed by 12pm the next day.
The only slight negative was that I cannot eat gluten and most of the food contained it. However, it was clearly labelled and the chef made me my own food once I asked.
This is a quieter hotel and the evening entertainment is more background, relaxing music than loud cabaret style. That suited us fine!
We will definitely come back. Thank you to everyone at this lovely hotel.

We found this hotel in a brochure at a trade show in Ireland and joined as group members for free. This got us a super deal on a late summer fire sale - much better than generic holiday sites. Rooms to east have a beautiful sunrise view of the pool and bay. Rooms to the west at the back of the hotel have a beautiful sunset view. Our room was on the seventh floor. We loved it. We stayed 11 days and the food was excellent every day. The staff were so helpful and added hugely to the friendly and warm atmosphere that the hotel offers. It's a quiet adults-only hotel with no sports bar and no karaoke but these are available at less than 5 mins walk away up the road. We just loved this hotel for its peace, quiet and relaxed ambiance. The photos cannot capture how marvellous it is. For those who like the beach, this can be reached at the foot of the garden. The water was crystal clear and snorkelling with the fish along the rocks was fun. Thank you to the hotel and staff for an amazing holiday, especially the Nepalese staff. 100% recommended :-)

With the hotel only reopening recently and not many reviews, we were wary. However, there was no need at all. A warm friendly welcome awaited us and a meal had been put in our room as the buffet was closed. We decided to drop our bags, have a couple of drinks and enjoy our food after. The rooms are clean and delicately decorated. Calm and quiet. The beds are the most comfy we’ve ever slept in. We had clean towels every morning and e every evening, that’s service. The restaurant was immaculately looked after, not overflowing with food and with courteous, friendly staff. Nothing was too much. Tables are inside or out and all set for couples, this is definitely a romantic hotel but also serene, calm and the spa treatments are amazing. There is bar service around the pool from the friendly bar staff. We stayed AI and good we did as there isn’t much around the hotel and it’s a way from Paphos itself. Sunbed were comfy,, always plenty available whatever time you ventured out. The position of the hotel is perfect, sat at the end of the headland, overlooking the beach and sea. Our room overlooked the pool and we ever heard a sound once inside, just what we needed. The pace is relaxed, the staff are first class and we can’t wait to return. As it was Easter, guests received a wrapped Easter basket in their rooms, a lovely thoughtful gesture

A lower end Boutique & Spa Hotel. Our travel story reflects worldwide experiences and Cyprus has been a place of work & leisure for many years. We have seen a lot of changes on the island and within the industry. This was a two night B&B stay which was simply just about ok ! The welcome was great, the décor refurbished, old and a little tired. Breakfast fine. Overpriced bar menu, spa price list was extortionate @ €150 for a facial and the beach bar (old spa location we assume) was tucked away on a corner plot that was dirty, overcrowded and unwelcoming. An adjoining room was a mistake and disabled parking was abused resulting in parking outside the front lobby (ironically a bonus). Front of house (Athina) on arrival was particularly pleasant as was the doorman. Overall, the staff looked disinterested in the hospitality areas, restaurant & bars. Long season !!! Who knows.

Dear Mr. Rogoff, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We are saddened to see that your reviews’ low rating, does not match the rest we have been continually receiving. While it is encouraging to know that you appreciated the warm welcome and attentive service from certain members of staff, we regret that other aspects, such as the bar menu pricing and the condition of certain areas, fell short. All comments are welcome, particularly those which are constructive and help us improve our guests experience. Thank you for your comments regarding the décor which we understand it is of personal taste. Regarding the spa pricing I find it unfair not to mention we also have on offer 30’ facials from €55. In our Anagenisis Spa, we are proud to have on offer Dr Babor products and treatments as it is an established, very high-end brand with medical background. Our staff as seen on most reviews only receive praises. However, we will be conducting immediate training sessions to ensure all staff members understand the importance of courteous and friendly service. We would appreciate the chance to discuss this two day visit further with you and make amends if possible for your disappointing experience. I have provided my email and contact details in a separate email. We appreciate your insights and hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future should you decide to visit us again. Kind regards Mrs. Andri P Mavrommatis General Manager

My Wife and myself visited the hotel last month. This hotel is situated in an idealistic position looking out over the bay, I loved walking down the steps to the beach and swimming in the sea before breakfast every morning. The Management and staff were friendly, attentive and spent time talking to customers. The hotel and our room were kept very clean. Towels were changed regularly and supplies replenished. The bathroom fittings were showing their age like the sink plug not working properly and the shower control took a bit of getting used to. But all in all a very comfortable room. We were on the premium all-inclusive package and I was impressed with the range of drinks, branded spirits etc that were available. We both enjoyed the house rose wine. The food was good, plentiful and always something that we liked. Again the restaurant staff were so friendly and very attentive. Apparently the hotel only re opened for business this April so was still fairly quite so no problem finding a sun bed around the pool. What a nice change not to have to go down early to the pool area so as to secure a sunbed in a decent position. The hotel has some sunbeds on the beach which is where we spent most of our time, just a shame that they were not the nice comfy ones like the ones by the beach bar area. This area has a well-stocked beach bar so not too far to walk to get a nice cold drink. Another nice touch was that the pool towels were readily available and you could have a fresh one every day. Very low key evening entertainment and the hotel was usually quite by 11 pm which suited us. Bit of a Shame that there is nowhere much to walk after dark around the outside of the hotel. We stayed at this hotel back in 2018 and loved it then so were very disappointed to learn that it had closed down. When we realised that it had opened again we just had to re visit . We really enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return.

Dear Alan, Thank you so much for sharing your delightful experience at our hotel! It’s heartwarming to hear that you and your wife had a memorable stay. The idyllic location overlooking the bay, morning swims in the sea, all contributed to this positive experience. While we appreciate your feedback about the bathroom fittings, we’re glad you found the room comfortable overall. We are happy to note our premium all-inclusive package allowed you to enjoy a wide range of drinks and our restaurant staff’s friendliness and attentiveness made your dining experience even more enjoyable. We’re thrilled that you appreciated the convenience of finding sunbeds by the pool without the early rush. The availability of fresh pool towels was designed with your comfort in mind! And yes, the beach front area with our Ippokambos Beach bar is a great spot for relaxation and refreshments. As for evening entertainment, we aim for a low-key atmosphere, allowing guests to unwind peacefully. Thank you for returning to our hotel after its reopening. We can’t wait to welcome you back again soon! Best regards Andri P. Mavrommatis General Manager

The location of the hotel is fantastic. Depending on the location of the room you have the possibility to enjoy the sunrise or sunset. The staff is very friendly and endeavoured, the hotel very clean & the food also very good. Unfortunately, the building is getting old and would have to be renovated. The main problem is the central ventilation that sounds throughout the hotel. Some rooms suffer more from the constant whirring and some probably less. In our case, the nights were partly unbearable. Since the hotel was fully booked, we unfortunately had no chance to change rooms to test whether it could be heard equally strongly in other rooms. The sound was also heard in the corridors. In order not to notice this whirring, we tried to turn on the kima system, unfortunately without success, as also quite noisy and ageing...

From the start of our stay, when we were given a genuine welcome until we were bid farewell by the receptionist and hotel management, this was the perfect experience. My husband and I had found the hotel and all areas spotless throughout our stay. The food was fabulous, but the only downside was the food was a little cold at times. When we spoke to the manager, Nicholas, he kindly explained the closhes ordered had not fit the hot pates when they arrived, but others had been ordered, and so this would be rectified for next season. This was the only negative during the whole two-week stay. The a la carte restaurant served the most delicious food, the likes of which would not be out of place in a fine dining restaurant. While staying all-inclusive, you can eat at the sister hotels' a la carte restaurants once each week. Again, the food was delicious. There was never a need to save sunbeds, as even if you were later down to the pool there were plenty. The hotel is peaceful and the entertainment is in keeping with the style and feel of the hotel. A saxophonist, guitarist, and pianist, playing tasteful music. All rooms have a sea view, and while we were situated above the tennis courts the view was still spectacular. All members of staff are an absolute credit to the hotel. Nicholas, Andria, Athina, Thai, Aristos, Bibash and Dilat but to name just a few. I would love to have called everyone out by name! The pool attendant never stopped, he was always on hand if he noticed someone that may need help putting up a parasol or moving a sun lounger. The spa treatment I received was just perfect! Please don't change a thing, the experience was just perfect! I could continue with the limitless praise, but I believe all I need to say is, WE WILL BE BACK!!!!!!!

My husband had booked this wonderful hotel as a birthday treat and what a treat it was!
We had previously visited in 9 years ago when George was the a la carte restaurant manager. We loved it then but loved it even more this time around.
Wonderful big comfortable bed, good air conditioning and a fabulous spacious area, all kept immaculately clean and sparkly by an excellent housekeeping staff. Hotel and grounds are fantastic, the pool so inviting and never overcrowded, access to the the exceptional Coral Bay beach with its crystal clear waters and soft sand just a short walk down a lot of steps.
We chose the all-inclusive offer and it is very good value for money.
The dining experience is brilliant, the waiting staff are all charming and cannot do enough for you. Special mention has to go to Prakesh and Dipendra who made us both laugh and feel very welcome and part of the Thalassa family . Thank you or as you would say in your native tongue - Dhanyabad. The food quality is excellent, breakfast, lunch and dinner. We can say confidently that we never had a bad meal and loved the range of fantastic salads, roast meats and amazing themed evenings. As part of the all inclusive offer you are entitled to a visit to Psari, the fine dining restaurant. This was an amazing experience and the food was so fresh and immaculately presented and we took so many photographs!
The variety of drinks was excellent, the black russians and cosmopolitans became part of our daily routine! The coffee is excellent, freshly ground beans and always served piping hot.
One of the things that stood out for us when we first stayed here was the staff and the current staff certainly uphold such a high standard that must be attributed to their passion, dedication and commitment to their responsibilities and the quality of the leadership and management. Investing in staff who make you feel as though nothing is too much trouble is indeed a unique quality that a lot of hotels could learn from. As previously mentioned this was to celebrate my birthday and here is where I must mention a very special lady ..... Athina. She greeted us on our first day with a glass of sparling wine and listened attentively to us as we spoke excitably about our week ahead. On the last night ( the night before my birthday)Athina had made arrangements for a birthday cake and sparkly wine to be served at our table while we had dinner. It was such a lovely gesture and made me feel very special. In addition Athina was always there with her beaming smile to ask if we were happy and if she could do anything for us. A true asset to this outstanding hotel.
Thank you to every single member of the staff team, you have all contributed towards making our week one full of memories that we will never forget. We have had the best relaxing stay at this little gem of a hotel and are already looking to return in April.

On arrival we were greeted with a glass of bubbly, and lovely reception staff, the cases were taken to our great sea view room by the hotel porters, we stayed for 11 nights, the bed was huge , the room cleaned daily, from start to finish, the whole experience was lovely, food was lovely, sometimes a little cold. We would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff are so attentive, furnishings so comfortable. Great bus service to phathos only £2 each way, runs every 15 mins, bus stop 100m from the hotel. Would love to go back.

We stayed at the Thalassa Boutique Hotel in July for five nights. It certainly is a beautiful place. It’s adults only and has around 100 rooms, which makes it very personable. It’s situated on a Peninsula and is surrounded by sea. The views are absolutely stunning and the sunsets were spectacular. We upgraded to ‘All inclusive’ when we arrived, which was well worth it. There was a wide selection of drinks available and the food was great. In the buffet restaurant there was plenty to choose from, the choice varied each day and was freshly prepared. We were able to dine in the Ala Carte restaurant on one of the nights, which was exquisite! The pool and sitting areas were lovely and there was a pool side waiter service all day. There was a lift or you could take the steps down to a quaint little beach bar and beach, where the sea was lovely and warm. The staff were amazing, they were all so friendly, welcoming and helpful, but we’d like to give special thanks to Athina, who worked on reception. She is an absolute credit to the hotel and made our stay even more special. We will definitely be returning for longer next time.
