I recently lost my dad, had needed to get away so booked this holiday withing a few days of arriving, I've Not long got back from my holiday to this hotel. Flight good, transfer good, welcoming was fine, got given the best room in the hotel with the massive balcony view was amazing. Food was ok, I ate fine as I like pasta and rice (could of done more food options) but nothing catered for children. My child has problems and is very fussy with food anyway but he are nothing in the hotel the whole holiday, as there was nothing catered for the children.lucky enough we was near the shops so he ate Pringle crisps every day and that was the only thing he ate all week. We ended up complaining and the chef cooked up food separately for my children once we went in for lunch or dinner. My phone wouldn't work in Cyprus for some reason so I had to use the hotel WiFi, it cost 24 euro for the week for 2 device's but it hardly worked on my phone and video calls on to my mum kept cutting out every time. And couldn't get it connected to the 2nd device but we still had to pay the whole amount. Out of all the holidays I have never got a late flight home on the last day, but the only flight given on them dates was night flight so before I left I put in a request to keep the room on for us, every day i asked when I was there and the young girl at reception wasn't helpful at all and told me to come back the next day. She told me this everyday. Then on the Friday she told me to go back any time after 3pm and she will get it sorted when I went to see her she wasn't there. an older lady was there and said the rooms bookings have been done and my room is empty for the Saturday but to go back first thing in the morning and check. I wasn't happy as I've been asking every day since we arrived, so I went back Saturday morning and the young girl was there I told her what the older lady said and apartelny she should of booked the room for me as she was the hotel manager, I said well that's not my problem and that she didn't bother doing it. The young girl still wasn't that interested in given me any room, there was another girl next to her and she looked on the computer and said yes your room is still empty so after asking every single day we managed to keep the room on but had to pay 50 euros!!!! On top of being charged for internet that wouldn't work which I already told the young girl about. She seemed nice on arrival but then wasn't helpful with any questions or problems!!! The hotel done no entertainment in the day time and nothing for the kids, we got told by a view people that the hotel next door we could go to for kids as it had water slides etc, we asked the girl at reception and she said the hotel isnt part of them so we can't go to it. We then looked at the company website and it was part of the sister hotels. Even though the chef had a very busy role with cooking and running the restaurant he was the only happy person we saw working there. Hotel was lovely but service has been the worst I've ever had to deal with especially with 2 young children. Children's park was rubbish, had graffiti all over it, my kids went on the swing which I thought was going to fall apart as it was lose, only let them in there that once especially as the floor had shape prickly bits all over it kids got covered in it on there clothes. I will be reporting to the head office about the issues we had

Who ever rated this hotel a 4 star needs sacked. I can't moan about how clean hotel is or how good pool is but that's about all the plus sides. The staff are very arrogant and not friendly at all no banter with residents. The food is a disgrace if you like pork, beef and chicken a la chef then you will be OK because that's all you get at lunch and dinner. There is no food for kids no burgers, pizzas or chicken nuggets served at all during the day. All inclusive drinks are watered down you can only get local drinks no premium drinks are available. We went out and bought our own vodka to drink back in the room. The entertainment is non existent and nothing for kids to do. The supposedly have a gym that I never once seen. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone unless you are over 60.

Me and my partner came away for 10 nights all inclusive. Would recommend this 100%. The bedroom was very clean and cleaned every day. The safe was easy to use and clean fridge. The bathroom was ok abit tacky and the bedroom paint was coming off the walls but wasn’t a massive issue the aircon worked but could have been colder. The balcony seemed ok and standard what you would expect. Pool area was very nice and clean sun loungers were needing some tlc but other than that it was really nice. Indoor pool looked dreadful and need of some cleaning up. Pool bar was ok but very little English so more often than not we both got the wrong drink but didn’t matter as all inclusive Restaurant for breakfast and lunch was always clean and the staff was very friendly and very efficient. The food for the day time was very basic but very nice only one night with bad food but that was due to personal taste. But was good for what it was. Restaurant for dinner was very nice and good views. I liked the fact that I could try new foods and some of my usual foods I would at home. The staff there was many great staff including the bedroom cleaners were incredibly polite and welcoming although English was very poor but found alternative ways to interact. The bar staff where the entertainment was was great there was one manger was amazing and very good with customers and went the extra mile. The pool bar staff was good and efficient just a Language barrier and often got the wrong drinks. The entertainment here was awful and not very good we ended up in bed early most night as it was that bad. Over all had an amazing time would recommend
