Generally, this hotel is average to me. The concept is almost there, to look grand, however the room is apparently small, or just enough but not sufficient for a business traveler like me. No chair or stool is provided. The worst thing was, NO WIFI AT ALL. I'll consider as not worthy of the amount I am paying. What I like about Al Khatiri Hotel, are the degree of cleanliness is acceptable, and the food I ordered from their Al-Khatiri Restaurant. I must say, their signature arabic meal is fantastic. The only reason I booked a room here is because I've tried their food and drinks at AL Khatiri Coffee and very satisfied with things that went into my tummy and the services. But, I did not expect unsatisfying services here, esp when the WIFI issue rose, and I;m very frustrated.

Around five mins walk to Hospital USM, close to Mydin and eateries, very convenient. A bit pricey compare to other hotels around this area but the room and toilet is cleaner and has a comfortable soft bed.
