What a wonderful stay these villas are fantastic in a excellent location. 1 bedroom style apartment villas with good size pool and area to relax,also upstairs a day bed on the roof. Fully equipped kitchen with a proper full size fridge for all the bintangs. 5 minute walk to potato head bar and other great locations to eat and drink. The staff are always helpful and friendly. I cant recommend these villas enough we will be staying here again.

At $350 per night you'd expect something special and this was it. Very spacious and comfortable. Huge bed, private swimmimg pool, spa, breakfast included. All the things you need for a private, relaxing holiday. Great restaurants and bars a short walk away.

We had a 6 night stay in a villa and it was fantastic. The villa was very clean, and the housekeepers are super quick too - we stepped out for breakfast for less than an hour and they had thoroughly cleaned the whole place, including many dirty dishes! It’s located in a great spot with many restaurants/cafes/bars nearby, but it’s also very quiet inside the villa. Never heard any noise from Potato Head or other venues. Shower pressure is good enough and great temperature. Pillowy mattress, great blackout in the room. They provide a 19L water cooler which will dispense hot, room temp, or chilled water - so convenient as you can fill up your own water bottles from it. The pool was my favourite part, great cool temperature (but never freezing) and a great size for 2 people. No issues with lack of sun like mentioned in some of the other reviews. We didn't spend much time on the rooftop, but it is massive up there and again, plenty of space for sunbaking. The whole villa feels very private. All staff were very nice and helped me a lot when I accidentally left some items in the room after check out. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again. We didn't use the spa services so can't comment on that. They do have room service available, including an option to arrange a floating breakfast tray thing in the pool. The gym was more like a storage closet haha with a treadmill and multi-functional machine, would only be suitable for one person to use at a time. You do need to keep in mind that the villa is not new. It’s worn around the edges but still very comfortable over all! They could improve their eco friendly status by having liquid handsoap and refillable shampoo/conditioner/shower gel rather than single use bottles.…

The villas were spacious and had everything you could possibly need. The only problem was the pool. We are over 60 and it was very difficult to safely enter and leave the pool, as there was no hand rail. Other than that, the staff were magnificent and very friendly and the service was excellent.

Our entire experience delivered exactly as advertised and wanted. The photos on all booking sites are a true to reflection of what to expect. Great location, 10 min walking distance to Seminyak square, great beach to walk on, close to a number of beach clubs , surrounded by a plethora of excellent restaurants, bars and shops, yet amazingly once you enter the villas it is quiet and serene and secure. Excellent fully functioning facilities both indoor and outdoor. Both areas so very comfortable to escape the heat and crowds and just chill. Fantastic air conditioning throughout. Spacious. Food ordered from restaurant to Villa met all expectations and good price point. Kitchen facilities all in good working condition, having a water dispenser and decent size fridge was a great bonus. Staff were great, efficient, friendly, courteous, delivered on their respective roles, a genuine willingness to help in anyway they can. Would highly recommend this accommodation, I feel good value for money. No complaints whatsoever. Hope to return. …

Currently staying here and we can't fault the villa's. Have stayed in many villa's over the year's in Seminyak. The location is amazing. Fantastic restaurants cafe's and beach clubs in walking distance. The villa's themselves are immaculate. The layout is amazing. Best bed I've slept in. Fantastic to have air-conditioning throughout the villa. And the pool is fantastic, even long enough to do laps and has a waterfall. Also there is a private rooftop to sunbake if desired. Can't believe so close to everything but so quiet 😃 Staff are very friendly and helpful

I arrived at the hotel to find that they had unilaterally cancelled half of my reservation. They literally just said they would refund me. I offer to compensate me for increase hotel costs or even the costs of moving hotel. Horribly unacceptable.

We stayed for 6 nights and couldn't fault it at all. The accommodation was so lovely, clean and comfortable, the staff were amazing and location was perfect!!! Food at the restaurant was tasty and there was a minimart across the street for other drinks and snacks. We will definitely be back for sure!!!

Loved this place so much...well appointed, amazing staff who drove me to the medic when I cut my toe, super clean, awesome rooftop where I could dance to the tunes from nearby beach clubs, well located.. I want to live here I loved it so much!!!

The location of these villas is perfect for walking to the beach, Potato Head beach club, Woo Bar, KIND cafe and all the other amazing beach clubs and cafes. The rooms are spacious, and clean, with massive comfortable beds, walk-in robes and huge bathrooms. We had a massive spa bath and a huge separate shower. The bathroom was well stocked every day. We were given complimentary water, about 8-10 liters and they replenished it while we were there. All the staff were amazing! They were friendly and helpful. The only area that needed some attention was the pool area. The decking needed replacing as it was old, loose and some nail heads were raised. My husband went through the deck chair as it was worn (the staff replaced it immediately), the umbrella needed replacing as well. This didn't bother us but it's worth a mention for others. Our private pool was fabulous and clean; we swam everyday. If we come back to Bali once again we will stay here!…
