Had a great stay at wild horizon guesthouse in Chitwan. Stayed for a few days and the owner (sujan) is the most friendly man I've ever met in Nepal! Great staff as well, feld like a second home! The safari was a great experiece and the guesthouse arranged it for a very good price.

Pluses: A couple of excellent guides (Bishnu for the jungle walk and Rana for the cycle to and around the 20,000 Lakes) and good activities, ok room, hot water, good WiFi, ok food. Minuses: Not a cosy atmosphere, nowhere comfortable to relax outside, not the most efficient place I've stayed - particularly in respect of timings -for food and activities.

My Peace Corps colleague and I happened upon Wild Horizons Guest House for a small getaway. Upon arrival, Sujan-dai was incredibly friendly and very diplomatic in negotiating prices. The night we arrived, the staff let us feed and ride their private elephants, as a birthday gift to my colleague. The guide they had provided us for our Jungle Walk was...

I had a great stay at wild horizons, baba was very helpful in setting up a canoe/safari and jungle walk package for my stay. I saw leopard, rhinos, elephants and crocodile as well as many birds! The hotel prices were very reasonable and the food good. Thank you all at wild horizons! :)

We stayed here 3 nights and it was very nice. The host gives a lot of information about chitwan and is keen on helping you with everything (although he sometimes talks too much;) ). Tours at this place are far more expensive than at other places. A good thing is that they don't mind you booking at other places. The...
