This is a well run resort with excellent staff. Rooms are nicely appointed. Food in restaurant is good. The manager gave us a full list of the activities available through the resort, then left us alone to decide or shop elsewhere for safaris etc. The only recommendation is DO NOT book a bus through the resort as they use Mountain...

First and foremost, the staff is super friendly and helpful! The place is very warm and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and clean. You can book all your tours and safaris and all your questions will be answered. I was sick the first day we were here and had to postpone our scheduled safari and it was no problem at...

The staff at this resort were incredible sweet and helpful at all times. The area is very quiet and relaxing and they're able to organize a lot of tours including cultural and adventure ones. Food is also great with a wide array of options to choose from. Rooms are basic but very comfortable.

I stayed her for 4 nights during a business trip to Nepal. After several long dusty days it was wonderful to arrive here to the friendly welcome of Raj and his staff who went out of their way to make myself and my guests welcome. The rooms were clean, comfortable and of a very high standard. The breakfast and evening...

Raj, the manager, and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met. They were all so helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean: the best we experienced in Nepal. The outings we booked were all comparable in price to what we would have paid elsewhere. I particularly...

Clean room, great breakfast, balcony, friendly staff and pick up service from bus. The hotel helped arranged our jungle outings, which we customized (e.g., canoe, jungle walk, and jeep safari). They were very helpful and escorted us to anywhere we needed to go. We were lucky to see most animals in the jungle pretty much (rhinos, deer, sloth bear, etc),...

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The location is perfect and the room is comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and gentle. They have limited varieties in breakfast. Also, I didn't check all the hotel facilities as I spend all the days outside in the National Park.

We stayed here for two nights and booked through Agoda. When we arrived the rooms were very basic, but we didn't mind. It was very cold as it was January and the heating was not working with no sign of a remote to turn it on. After inquiring, they stated that a standard room does not come with heating. We...

I stayed here for two nights. The staff were fantastic, I was escorted to and from all the activities which made me feel very safe as I was a lone female. They were accommodating of my food intolerances and were very generous in offering tea and coffee at all times of day and night. The rooms were clean with hot...

This hotel features excellent and very helpful staff, a beautiful garden setting, very hot showers, balconies to enjoy the beautiful, rural scenery, generous breakfasts, and the best banana lassis. The location is great, too; it is siutated on a quiet side street, and it is an easy less than 5 minute walk to the center of town. Upon arrival, the...
