This hotel is in a beautiful quiet garden setting less than 10min walk from town surrounded by yellow mustard fields. Room was large and clean with great hot water, clean white sheets and duvet, towel/soap provided and the best generator of any hotel in Nepal – power was only ever gone for 5sec before generator came on and everything worked...

I have mixed impressions of the place. The grounds and buildings were lovely and I enjoyed my room. My guide was friendly and knowledgeable and the tours were quite descent. The food was not very good however. The menus were set menus and the food was very bland and I did not enjoy eating them. I also got food poisoning...

The only reason I don't give this place an enthusiastic 5 out of 5 is because of the food. The showers are hot, the service is great, the guides are knowledgeable and the rooms are big and clean. The food is OK... It is western style-ish. Because there were few of us in residence, it was plated rather than buffet...
