Great place to stay a couple of days! Mostly couples tough. Loved the boat trip from port Barton. We went in the night, under the huge star sky. The hammocks with view were the second best experience, of course. Best kind of luxory - the nature! Butterflies everywhere. No internet.

Great in so many ways. Quiet and beautiful but still not boring. Isolated on your own island with electricity only from 18-22. Makes you appreciate being in the now and not consumed by phones or tv. Only thing that made me react was the fact that you have to pay to get of the island..!?

Where to begin with this Resort... Firstly the boat trip to Cagnipa Island which is about 30-40 minutes from Port Barton was incredible. The view coming in to dock at Coconut Island Resort made the long journey seem all that more worthwhile. We were greeted by the friendly staff "Hi Ma'am" who quickly escorted us to our room. The room...

Such a beautiful place! The huts are amazing value, and the grounds are wonderful. Be warned that there's limited power and no plug sockets in the rooms (appliances can be charged at the restaurant). We had water problems, which would have been ok if they had laid out what they would do about it rather than us having to keep...

Thank you for your review. I must apologize for the water problems encountered during your stay. It's good to hear some positive things as well, as for the caged monkey we do try to make it's stay as comfortable as possible.

We booked this place because we wanted to have two quiet and relaxed days at the beach. The setting of the resort on the island is beautiful! Nice beach, chilled atmosphere, a neatly kept garden and the waves play you a lullaby. our days at the beach were perfect, but if you decide to go here you should know: the...

We stayed at Coconut for five days. The location at which the resort was built is great - excellent beach, comfortable surroundings and not *too* far from Port Barton. However, the staff is never once asked me how my stay so far was, or if there was anything they could help with... and we were the ONLY guests on their...

I stayed 2 nights in July in a basic room, for one night I was the only guest. The beach is much nicer than port barton and the hammocks are lovely. A lot of care is taken with the beautiful tropical gardens. The room was good..my first in palawan without a bad smelling bathroom &/or ants in the bed. Considering...

helpful staff, very nice main cabin/restaurant. They do quite a job handling serving and preparing meals on an island. Food is very good all things considered. I booked a solar fan cabin and it was very nice inside. That said, the solar fan can only function 8 hours in a 24 hour period and mine died usually after 3-4 hours...

Stayed here for 2 nights en route to Puerto Princesa from El Nido. The place is very secluded, it is the only resort in the island. The resort arranges boat transfer from Port Barton. There is no mobile signal and internet on the island. Electricity only at night also. Perfect for those who looking to get away from the city....

We stayed here in the family cottage for two nights, and we really got a chance to relax at a very fair price. We were pick up by boat in port Barton and the resort is 45 min away. It a beautiful place and very well kept.. There was no aircon in our cottage and it was quite warm.. And...
