Resort located near to beach, there is swimming pool.
Breakfast provided depend on which package you take, I'm staying deluxe room access to the pool. Rooms just okay, others facilities like soap are provided. Behind the hotel there is factory but I don't remember the name. This resort suitable for family.

Pool in front of the room, good view and clean. But the room lacks of many basic stuff such as hair dryer, safe. But the breakfast is pretty good with traditional Malay style rices. There is also ample of parking place nearby the room. We spent a night there before heading to Pulau Perhentian. It was a good one night as transit

When we first stay here for 1 night in 2012, they chalet was new and very well maintained.

We had very high exception for this time also...But not now, the room was very dusty. Since most of allergy to dust, hence we ask them to transfer to the rooms at the new building which make from bricks. The rate for the new room at the new building which is not chalet type is cheaper but no refund for the difference ...disappointed

I guess they only focused on the landscaping.

Went there overnight before going to Perhentian island for diving trips. We discovered the place on Facebook (Manor Beach Resort Besut ) and luckily there was a chalet available despite the last minute booking. Overall, nice place but no foods. Regardless, it led us to venture outside for local food and the first time i had an instant noodle with crab and at night the manager drove us to seafood restaurant. It was eye opening! Our kids had a good time by the beach and the swimming pool. The small playground helped too!! Love the wooden chalet and the quiet beach. Had a good time by the beach and its just 5 minutes walk.

I took my 11-year old son here for a holiday to the Perhentian Islands with a group of fiends. The hotel was quaint, comfortable & clean. There was a swimming pool and small play area to occupy the children. The location was very close to the pier that took us to Perhentian Islands which was a heavenly trip on it's own. I would highly recommend this resort as a convenient pit stop to the Perhentian Islands should you choose not to stay on the islands.

We choose this hotel because it is just 10 minutes away from Kuala Besut Jetty, we plan to take early boat to Perhentian Island on the following day.

We booked a family room for 4 persons. However, during booking we noticed that breakfast were only for 2 persons despite a family room for 4. When we checked in, receptionist said need to add RM15/person for the rest 2. However, breakfast can only be served at 8am, where that was the time that we need to depart for Jetty. So, the next day we ended up leaving the hotel without breakfast. (Instead, we had a very delicious and nice breakfast at a local food-store beside Jetty.)

When we entered the room, we found that toilet was smelly and not cleaned properly. and some more bath towel were only 2 despite we are 4, when I asked for additional towels, they said RM5 each ! After complaining finally he gave 1 for free, so that night we shared 3 towels for 4 persons !

Aircond was ok but remote control was not functioning, I went to change battery and still the same. In overall, we did not had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

We had originally booked for 4 nights, but luckily changed our plans and stayed for 1 night prior to going to Perhentian. If it wasn't for the fact we arrived after the last ferry had left for the Island we would have left immediately.
The 'resort' is definitely not that. There is no café/restaurant or anywhere nearby to get food so we had to head back into town in an over-priced taxi to find somewhere. The area was overgrown, the pool not cleaned, the wifi not working and the delux villa basically a large wooden shed. We were given 2 shabby towels for the 3 of us.
Breakfast was delivered (no choice) some fried, tinned sausages, home made chips and a fried egg!

The hotel was basically closed, one member of staff on duty, who was actually very nice and polite. The reason, I presume, was due to it being Ramadan. However, having lived in the Middle East we know this is no excuse for the poor service delivered

It was a bed for the night, anymore would be pushing it!.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and I just don't know where to begin.
Since the hotel is located in a small town, judging from the price I had a high expectation on the room and service.
The room was dusty and looked like it was never occupied nor cleaned for months before we checked in.. The bedsheet has stains on it. Towels are worn out, torn and looked like they were used for years.
The toilet was a disaster. The blind was molded, water pressure was terribly low..
The breakfast was poor, for the room price of a 5-star hotel.. Seriously the management needs to look at this matter and review their service.. I have no doubt that hotel has a beautiful concept, but just don't get fooled by its beautiful landscape..
Luar cantik, dalam...... hampeh!

"If you're looking for a quiet location, you should definitely check out Manor. I must admit it was a bit difficult for us to find at first but it calls for peaceful grounds. The chalet I stayed in was really remind me to my grandma place. There's a beach nearby and it's beautiful !Overall recommended !
