Beautiful cottages in lovely location. Staff very helpful. Excellent service. Fantastic swimming pool and jacuzzi which we really enjoyed. Try the local village for good food and drink. Area is ideal if you love walking too. Highly recommended. We will be visiting again.

We had a lovely 4 nights at Poppinghole Farm, the spa is gorgeous with a lovely jacuzzi and warm plunge pool and we often had it to ourselves. The farm itself is great for children, with plenty of animals to see and loads of games available such as badminton, volleyball etc. The owners have provided everything and more - laundry...

We had a lovely break at Poppinghole Farm. We stayed during the week in Old Spot with my 20 month old daughter and disabled husband. We loved the cottage and it's brilliant location for 1066 country, gardens and castles. We were most impressed by the pool, it was less than 10 meters away in the self catering courtyard. The Spa...

I spent a week staying in Old Spot with my husband and two daughters (aged 2 and 4). We were really pleased with our choice - it was perfect. The cottage itself was lovely - excellent facilities, very clean, well maintained and well equipped. The wifi worked too! We chose a farm with an indoor pool in case it rained...

Stayed 13th June. Pros: We received a warm welcome on arrival at the farm. We were very pleased with the Saddleback cottage and the food hamper and Elemis toiletries were a great touch. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time as we were the only ones there for 3 of the 4 days. Comfy bed and pillows....

We booked to stay here for a long weekend and were staying in the Lovers Retreat. Such a lovely place. Set amongst a working farm you really felt away from it all. The welcome package was a fantastic touch with fresh produce from the farm and other places in the area. It was fairly quiet in November but that suited...

Poppinghole Farm is a fantastic place to stay.We stayed the second week of august. Tamwoth/Lovers Retreat was fitted out to a very high standard, with everything we could want and more. Lovely bed linen, towels and complimentary bath robes and toiletries, and not forgetting the welcome tea coffee etc. We swam and jacuzzied every day. Jane and Keith should be...

We had a lovely time here. The accommodation was fab. Beautiful bed sheets, towels, finishes etc. I work in property development & it was clear our 'east barn' was done to a very high standard with lovely bathroom fittings, high quality kitchen appliances etc which all gave a lovely feel. I mentioned our daughter would love to feed the chickens...

We stayed in Saddleback, accommodation for two as part of (I think) a converted stable block. The two-roomed apartment was comfortable and well-finished with quality furnishings. The bed was two singles put together, but no less comfortable for all that. I have been careful not to call it a "house" or "cottage" as it shares party walls on both sides...
