What a fantastic couple of days, Pete and Mim were the best hosts we have ever had on a holiday. The glamping tents were very comfortable with a million dollar view. Kitchen area and other facilities were very clean and well appointed. Very enjoyable stay

Want a bush camping holiday without the tents and lack of amenities, this is perfect. Spacious cabin. Positives included no electricity. Great setting wallabies on property and just beautiful sounds of silence. Best lighting was that great huge open fire. Pity too rainy for using the outdoor open fire pit. Warmth of cabin added to by fire. Enjoyed the peace....

We love the wombat valley cabins and couldn't recommend it highly enough!!! Great cabins, great people, native animals and beautiful scenery! After being here 9-10 times over the past 8 years with our 2 dogs and now new baby......we can not get enough of this place. It is like camping but with all the mod cons. Suitable for family groups,...

We stayed here for 3 days / 2 nights in January 2016 and we loved it. There was some apprehension initially about the lack of electricity but the LPG Fridge, Stove and lights were more than sufficient for our needs. The LPG fridges did a very good job of freezing our food stores, which was a pleasant surprise. We did...

Thank you for your lovely review, its great to hear you enjoyed a digital detox, just what the soul needs sometimes. The gas fridge has been reset so no more surprises with food stores. Its wonderful you got to enjoy this part of Gippsland.

Having visited this place many years ago with adults it was time to take the grandkids for an outdoor experience. There were 10 of us and we all fitted into our cabin with room to spare. Weather was great so ate and cooked outdoors over open fire. Everything you need for your stay is available and the management is very...

If you want a tranquil and serene place then this is it! Tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the City yet with accessible roads to nearby towns, this accommodation is for those who want to just wind down. Apart from the squeaky floor, our cabin was neat with all the amenities (lighting, toilet and of course BBQ machine)....

We just got back from a wonderful weekend in a very rustic but cute cabin. We quickly relaxed because we were so far away from computers, TV and the noisy distractions of the modern world. I loved the gas lighting and the stone fireplace was so cosy. The chorus of birdsong in the morning and evening were spellbinding. The road...

Some of the best accommodation I have stayed in, we stayed in cabin 5 for 2 nights and I cant fault it at all. We will be back again and again. Owner very helpful and friendly, lots of good walks, 4x4ing and a good feed in the dargo pub.

“Do not rely on GPS for directions on getting there as the route will take you via a 4WD only track, follow the road signs. Caution on road getting there as road becomes unsealed and is quite narrow in some places.”
