This hotel exceeded our expectations on all levels. The grounds and villas are so beautiful. Everywhere you go, you feel in awe of the beauty, views, and offerings. This location is preferred over nearby 5 star resorts because of its location on a cliff creating sweeping views of the Indian Ocean. The staff take such pride in serving you and making you happy. It’s authentic and makes your experience extra special. Each guest has a butler to accommodate your needs. We had the good fortune of having Debora, the kindest and most helpful butler in the world. By the end of our trip, she felt like family! It was a trip of a lifetime and we will never forget Debora!

This is a lovely resort located on a cliff side in Uluwatu with incredible views. The gardens are perfectly manicured and the staff were amazing. We stayed in an ocean view cliff Villa which came with our own private pool and private butler. We also had a spa treatment during our stay which was excellent. The food in the restaurants were also really good. We will definitely be returning on our next visit to Bali.

Thank you ever so much for having us at Bvlgari Resort Bali, such a prestigious resort. I’ll take this chance to thank all the staff members, in particular Dewa, who has been amazing assisting us throughout our stay in the beautifully prepared and welcoming villa. He has been present and formal to us at all times. Same goes for butler Stefanus that after carefully observing our preferences he has provided us with a basket of local fruits, a beautiful surprise that contributed to our amazing experience at the villa and more importantly Bali. A thank you also to the housekeeping team that has been so professional to guarantee villa cleaning and make up at times when we were not in the villa to keep us our space and ensure privacy at all times. Having had such a nice family time we are looking forward to repeat this experience again at Bvulgari hopefully for a longer time period…

Simply breath taking villas set atop a cliff with a ride down to the beach, bar, restaurant. I would highly recommend staying for a couple of nights and enjoying the peaceful quiet hotel. The bar is nice and you can catch a great sunset from there.

Bulgari Bali remains, years after years, the most fantastic and special beach resort in Bali. A new management team just arrived taking things to a next level of guest experience. I recommend it highly for a stay or a lunch / dinner, it always feels special. Bulgari also has mansions which are unique if you are looking for a really exclusive 3/5 bedrooms villa.

Stayed from 21st to 23rd Jan 2023. Upon arrival, we were served a delicious welcome drink. Tour around the property in a buggy by butler Gede who was very attentive throughout our stay. Villa is huge. Bed and pillows very confortable. Loved the Bulgari toiletries. The shower gel, the shampoo, the conditioner and the body lotion smelled like you are in a spa each time I use them. Wanted to buy some from the gift shop but they don't sell them there. It will be nice if Bulgari sell them in gift pack. Gede kindly gave us some to bring home. Very nice gesture! All the service staff were extremely helpful. They were all so eager to please the guest. Special mention: Mr Indra at the dinner and breakfast restaurant. His EQ is superb. He is very customer orientated. He not only does his job well and went beyond and above. Well done Indra! And also Mr Ruddy - who served us at La Siaggia for a late lunch on arrival on 21st. His service is also excellent. He has a way to make guest like him. We have dined in all the 4 restaurants at this hotel. La Siaggia - the closet restaurant to the beach. We had the seafood platter. The seafood was fresh but prefer the dips to be spicer. The Buigari Bar - When you order the cocktails you will be served very delicious small bites to go with the cocktails. Very nice to watch the sunset there. Sangkar - The more casual dining where breakfast, lunch and dinner were served here. The beef carpaccio was very delicious, one of the best I have ever eaten. I think it was the dressing used. The rest of the dishes were also good. Il Ristorante Luca Fantin - We had a wonderful and delicious Italian dinner prepared by Chef Alessandro Mazali. Every course was very well executed. Both of us polished off every morsel. Yummy! Thank you Chef Alessandro! People with mobility issue will have problem accessing their private beach. There is in total about 100 steps to climb both ways. The stay here will not be completed without having a stroll along this beautiful beach. Overall, a very relaxing and tummy satisfying stay! Where to begin. We had a very good stay here recently which foremost was impacted by the excellent service, the really lovely staff and the kindness and forthcoming support by every member of staff. Everyone from the gardeners to the service staff and the chefs always has a big smile on their face and is willing to accommodate your wishes. Our butler Parma worked hard to make sure we were happy. The bar staff including Argus and Rudi made every drink to precise instructions and Niko at the bar by the beach was super forthcoming as well. The Chefs at breakfast made special vegan and other requested dishes without any problems. We had some issues initially with a food order, room check / some special requests to our villa as well as a fumigation cloud against mosquitos that moved through our villa open space but everyone went out of their way to address this and we received plenty of other goodies and attention as a result The location is very secluded which is what we were after and nothing beats the dramatic funicular ride down to the beach. The beach is stunning if you venture our further and leave the hotel premises. We saw a family of stingrays just offshore on a pristine quiet day and there is a cool ship wreck The villa itself is also very quiet and had stunning views with a lot of space (in particular outdoor). We did private yoga classes a few times early in the mornings on our terrace which was incredible. The bar, public pool and event locations are also excellent and we loved the entire set up. The resort looks particularly stunning at night with all the lights on. Somebody mentioned its slightly older but we did not really notice this as everything is well maintained and full with beautiful Bulgari accessories. The other highlight in our mind was the food. From western dishes at Sangkar (including one of the best penne arrabiata we have had at any hotel) to Indonesian dishes (amazing Nasi Goreng) everything was just so good. The room service / eating at your villa was excellent as they set everything up in great detail and the quality of food does not get impacted (not sure how they get everything in pristine condition on the bumpy cobblestone pathways to your villa). New years eve dinner was spectacular with everything from Caviar to Lobster stunningly presented. We also received a daily cake delivery and special tea in the evening which was also great. Breakfast can be ordered to the villa all day which is also great. The only food option that left me wondering was the Pizza. It was more like a dry cracker with some rubbery cheese and for an Italian based resort should be much much better (especially since they make some very good pasta, pizza should be an easy one) The only other comment I would make is on the champagne / wine list. It seems to me that outside the Italian selection the wine list is a bit random and sometimes grossly overpriced. A regular sized bottle of 2012 Dom Perignon for ~£1,100 is significantly more than I have seen anywhere else even at places like the Arts Club in London or Nikki Beach in Saint Tropez and doesn't make much sense to me (especially since at the hotel next door it cost half...)…

I stayed at Bvlgari resort in Bali over the past week with my family. Totally enjoyed my stay. The staff was super friendly and offered high-quality and personalized service to my family. I would especially like to thank Mr. Dewa for his extraordinary service during our stay at the resort. He was able to promptly coordinate with housekeeping and arrange for our forgotten clothing, which we accidentally left at the resort during check-out, to have them ship to our home. Again, thank you again Dewa for taking care of us while during out entire stay. We are looking forward to our next visit soon.
