The service was good. Pictures was given to us when we asked about the room. Singles can use a private room which is hardly found from the hot springs bath around the area. There is also a shuttle bus to and fro from Beitou/Xinbeitou station....More
I havent stayed at Spring City Resort, so cant comment on the hotel.
