Detailed Reviews
We are a family of 4 and stayed in a two double/queen bed room for 2 nights in December 2023. The location is towards the south west side of the city and conveniently near the Taitung Railway Art Village and small mall. Everything seemed easily walkable from that location. The overall hotel was very average. Just by entering the lobby you could see that the facilities were aging. We stayed on the 11th floor. The pergo wooded room had a nice view the mountains and the ocean. Outside of that, the rooms were nothing special. The room had a TV, hot pot, cups, a blow dryer, small closet and some disposable bathroom amenities. The room did not have a safe (in fact the hotel tells guests to bring valuables for the hotel staff to watch if you leave the room!). The fridge was off when we got there and it took until the end of our trip to figure out how to turn it on. The room sorely lacked lighting and outlets to charge our many devices. The bathroom was very small and the sink did not have adequate counterspace. Towels were threadbare. Our stay included the breakfast buffet which included a mixture of continental American breakfast and taiwanese foods. On the plus side, the hotel did have two laundry washers and dryers on the bottom floor.

Located in the city center , free bicycle provided (5 only) Spacious room with good view, There is a big pot to keep hot water in the restaurant but it is cool, No one change it, Even we told the waitress twice , no one to replace . They make up the room at 9:00 to 9:30am. You needed to wait outside after you finished the breakfast. Hardware is ok but not the software

What i really liked is the location - the night walk was good enough to absorb the activities and buy stuff from the shops nearby and the morning walk to the beach was not too far to enjoy the sunrise. Hotel aspects - they meet minimal standards of cleanliness and provision. No need to fret over small stuff.

The hotel was at a fairly good downtown location which was close to many eateries and the night market. But, it was quite a distance from the Tai Tung Train Station and it cost about NT$250 to get there by taxi. The whole hotel was newly built or refurblished and the hardware of the hotel was good. However, the service by the staff was not quite up to standard. When we were having buffet breakfast in the restaurant, it was quite empty with only a few guests. Except collecting coupons for the breakfast, the staff seemed to ignore all their guests and let them helping themselves with everything while all the staff were just mingled among themselves. Tables were left unattended long after the guests were finished and left.
When we check-out, the front desk staff could only issue a standard computer print-out receipt that stating only the total amount that they had charged but without stating exactly what they had charged. We had asked for a receipt with proper description for our insurance claim purpose but without success even with the present of their General Manager who seemed more interested in fixing some computer hardware at the front desk.
