除了價格便宜外，找不到其他優點，離大馬路近隔音差，設備裝潢老舊，沒有附停車位，但是由於價格非常實惠，因此也還算是ok~

舊屋拉皮的旅店，房間很小，沒有冰箱，沒有電梯，沒有停車場，沒有早餐，水壓小，廁所排水孔覺得很髒，隨時會有蟲蟲爬出來的感覺，價格便宜，位於市中心，生活機能便利，有腳踏車可以借，適合不要求住宿品質的旅客。

飯店員工很願意協助我們，但是飯店本身非常老舊，房間霉味極重。
不過房間的床跟木地板還乾淨，只是霉味真不適合容易過敏的人。
交通還算方便，旁邊走路就會到鬧區(中華路-很熱鬧的街道，鐵花村跟鯉魚山)

位於台東精華區，晚上有地方可以逛百貨公司及台東夜市，飯店整體簡單應有的都有，整體非常舒適，想要省錢的人值得推薦。

1/30周末與家人自由行，選擇交通方便，臨近鬧區，吃喝散步逛街都能兼顧的小旅店，原訂3人房型，因房間充滿潮濕味向職班人員反應，立即得到換房且升等服務，房間雖小卻有足夠空間使用，很讚!除了當天職夜班的男士具有專業服務熱沉外，其他年輕男女服務人員實在無法得到任何讚許~~小旅店就不需有特別要求囉!因房價實在是親民，有機會重遊市區，我還是會選擇英倫住宿!
