It is a new hotel, facilities are new. Rooms comfortable and new. A bit far off from the hot spring area but in exchange for a new and clean hotel. Right next to the main state expressway, so it is convenient.

Nothing at all around hotel except a 7 Eleven and a convenient supermarket opposite.
Hotel room is clean, nicely decorated and comfortable.
Bed is good.
Breakfast on 1st floor serves good enough spread.
There's nothing much in hotel except pools - hot pool, hot spa, cold pool, cold spa, swimming pool, steam room and sauna.

We arrived ther on Oct 31 and were welcomed by witches, magicians vampires. The reception cew, about a dozen People, had perfect halloween dresses which certainly had taken them hours to get dressed. Spectacular. The rooms were fine, but the breakfast was not good. Crowds of People were there before us and we had to go for the rest

We arrived at a very inconvenient hours at night due to the train being delayed, the guy who checked us in had this "not my problem" attitude when we enquired about modes of transport and ways of getting around since the hotel is literally in the middle of nowhere, wasn't until the next day the lady at the counter informed us that shuttle bus was available that goes to the station and we can catch the train to Taitung city center. Other then that no complaints at all, the room were great, and exceeded my expectation for the price I paid. It even comes with buffet breakfast.

The hotel looks great and I was looking forward for my stay until I had dinner there. Food wasn't bad but the service was really bad. There was a waitress that doesn't even smile and looked annoyed with our arrival. She was really rough, she even knocked my bowl of soup accidentally and didn't do anything to wipe the soup on my table and just left.
The room was pretty good, brightness good but it's not really soundproof.
My room was pretty dirty since I found sunflower seed's cover on the carpet and one side of bed smelled not good, like fishy.
Also got used green tea sachet and the water boiler didn't work at all.
Pretty disappointed with the service and room, although they offered lots of facilities such as gym, pool.
For breakfast, it's typical chinese food such as dimsum, braised pork, porridge, etc.

First impression when I saw the outside wasn't great. I wish the outside wall is cleaner (the side with the F hotel side on seems dirty so I was a bit concern initially). I was pleasantly surprised the room is spacious and pretty clean. There are a lot of flies close to the front door/restaurant area but overall I will say the hotel is well kept.
The floor in the poor area is clean and not slippery which is a big plus for me. There are coin laundry available (with fees) and a free spin-drier (脫水機).
There are two things could've done better.. (by whoever design/build the hotel).
1. The noise isolation is bad. You can hear the noise from next door (not just the hallway).
2. I can't find any outlet to plug in my phone close to the bed. For a relatively new hotel, I will expect the designers thought about this and put at least a couple for charge the phones. There are outlets close to the table but it is less convenient.

Stayed here as a breakstop from TaiTung to Kenting, new and clean hotel with spacious rooms. It is not in the hot-spring zone but there is a small hot-spring pool where you can soak, swim-wear is mandatory. The pool area is small so can get crowded. Convenient as a stop for road-trip, supermarket, just across the road and eating places around walking distance.

First impression...... Concerige staff was not opening the main door but instead seen busy playing with their hand phone....
Second impression..... Receptionist seem to produce a luke warm attitude & not providing basic info such as Wi-Fi password & place for breakfast but instead seen busy chatting with other staff.....

Small eatery places near this hotel. A mini mart opp hotel.

The hotel has nice facilities like very nice chinese restaurant and hot water pools. Opposite there is a large supermarket and few food outlets. But the rooms has poor noise insulation so we could clearly hear next door's toilet noise and alarms. Annoying.
