Detailed Reviews
The Beauty Hotel Taipei B7 Journey is one of my favorite hotel to stay when I have a long term plan to stay in Taipei. The location is very convenience, a walking distance to Taipei main train station, night market, major banks and everywhere. The room is clean and comfortable, reasonable price for the location and service. The staffs members are nice and friendly. I will definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here for my next visit to Taiwan.

+1
Easy check in machine, however you still need to arrange cash or credit card deposite at the counter.
I got a slightly bigger room than the one I booked, which can fit 3 instead of 2 people.
Convenient, clean, slight improvement in the shower glass gaps that will have minor spillage, and the shower head holder is not able to hold it high.
I love the amount of light switches by the bed though.
Good value for the money.

I like to say that I made a good choice staying in this hotel during my current visit in Taipei. It’s very convenient located, close to subway, shopping and restaurants. The service in the front desk was always so good, even the cleaning of my room was always exceptional! I will definitely be staying this hotel for my next trip to Taipei

Good and friendly and helpful service. Clean room. Though do watch out of the room size and not all rooms have windows. Check with the hotel directly if you book through Agoda for twin beds, as Agoda may miss to inform you if the hotel notify your room can't fit.

I love the hotel. The room was super clean and very spacious and had a very comfortable bed. The people at the reception are incredibly friendly and helped with all my questions.
The hotel gets two huge plus points. One for being near the taipei main station and many touristic spots. Second for having a shuttle service to the airport which made my way back very relaxing and convenient.
非常感谢您的热情好客。

I usually do not write reviews of the hotels which I have stayed but the following episodes of events made me do so:
1. As we arrived early in the morning but the check-in time is only at 3pm, the hotel has kindly allowed us to deposit our luggages first. When we returned past 3pm to get our room key, the hotel staff apologized that the room was not ready yet. We waited for ~30 minutes until it was finally available which was almost an hour later than the official check-in time. Appreciate the kind gesture of putting us at the dining area with coffee during the wait as well as the goodie bag.
2. Appreciate the complimentary upgrade of our room but I was not too happy as it was at the expense of our inconvenience. As the free upgrade was for one night only, we were asked to pack up by 12pm (official check-out time) the following day. However, our original room will not be available until 3pm (official check-in time) due to renovation!! Why do I not have a room between 12pm - 3pm when my hotel booking is for 3 nights (consecutive and not separate reservations)?? It seems that we are not the only ones as I overheard from another couple about changing room when we were clearing the check-in paper work in the morning. When I shared with the hotel staff that we planned to start our day only later in the afternoon, they then said we could 'check-out' latest by 2pm (at least it will be 1 hour instead of 3 hours without room). Anyway, we made some changes to our itinerary and brought down our luggages to the lobby before 12pm when our original room was ready instantly (thanks)! If the complimentary room upgrade were an option, I would choose to be in the same room throughout the stay instead of unpacking and packing.
3. To our dismay, our room door was not shut when we came back at the end of the day!! Have feedback to the hotel staff at check-out. Although everything seems intact, just wondering who should be responsible if a hotel property was stolen or damaged during that period??
4. Suggest the hotel to update/clarify their website that the complimentary breakfast buffet has been changed to mos burger voucher as the kitchen is currently under renovation.
