Good location in popular downtown area. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffee shops. MRT station about a minute walk away. Staff helpful and efficient. Busy, popular hotel. Clean room. Good selection of TV channels on TV. A number of restaurants in the hotel building

I did not have check in luggage so I took MRT train from Taoyuan airport to Taipei main MRT station. After a maze like underground system, I finally found a MRT line to the hotel. I was not in a hurry so it was kind of fun. But from hotel to Taoyuan airport I asked concierge to reserve a private transportation for me. It costs 1800 NTD is about $60.
