Stayed there recently for work. I have to say that the staff are just lovely. The hotel is really old though and in a desperate need of an upgrade. The breakfast is very basic. The bar is very small. I was with seven other colleagues...More
Near Sogo and MRT station. Easy to hail a cab. Rooms are reasonable, breakfast is decent and service is good. The layout of the hotel is a bit odd with reception on the 4th floor and breakfast on the ground floor. There is a gym...More

I did not have check in luggage so I took MRT train from Taoyuan airport to Taipei main MRT station. After a maze like underground system, I finally found a MRT line to the hotel. I was not in a hurry so it was kind of fun. But from hotel to Taoyuan airport I asked concierge to reserve a private transportation for me. It costs 1800 NTD is about $60.
