The property is fantastic, but support staff is not so friendly. The service is also not up to the mark in restaurant. The place is far off from beaches, so one have to hire a taxi to go to most happening places in town. The rooms are good, housekeeping nice, but the refill of tea sachets and coffee pouches in rooms are sometimes missing. The washroom next to reception is in shambles, no soap in dispenser, foul smell etc. will welcome you, if you happen to relieve yourself at reception area.

We went to the end of November, when the high season was starting. Arriving at the structure, there were problems with the payment because the device was perhaps a bit old model, but fortunately the hotel manager kindly authorized the payment in cash. They took us up to our room. And from that moment on it was a total disappointment! The road leading to the rooms was in total degradation, all abandoned. The room did not reflect the photos on the site at all: - smell of ammonia, - the lights inside the room didn't work (no lights behind the headboard, not even in the shower), - the giant bed but with two pillows that would be more suitable for a single bed, no decorative pillows on the bed and not even on the sofa outside near the jacuzzi as in the photo, - detached safe case , - mold. - mini bar almost non-existent (2 bottles of water, coffee and tea) - switches all broken, - Bathroom doors that do not close, - dirty curtains and light switches. - desk absent and replaced with bedside table - TV of very bad quality - Poor breakfast. We asked if it was possible to fix the lights and have some pillows ... they brought us pillows for the bed but everything else was not fixed. We asked to change rooms, but apparently the hotel was fully booked! We were supposed to stay 3 days, but it ended after one night. The only positive thing was the staff of the Resort, who despite everything was welcoming, understanding and did not oppose to refund us for the 2 nights already paid ... maybe we were not the only ones to complain. I'm really sorry to have to write this review but unfortunately I couldn't pretend nothing happened ... The structure could be a real jewel but it is not taken care of at all ... perhaps due to lack of staff, perhaps due to the economic crisis or due to the repercussions of Covid, ... I do not know what the real reason is but I wish you with all my heart that they manage to restore the things that are wrong in this Resort becaused otherwise it would be a real shame.

Where do I start, I reached reception and nobody was around, I waited around 10 mins and a lady came over eventually, she checked me in and asked me to wait… a while later she got me to load my case onto the golf cart and off we went up the hill… We got to my suite and oh my god this was no suite… she put the key card in and ran…. I asked her how do I go down and out she said you call down 0…. I sat down… it stunk… like a strong fungus damp smell… I looked at the curtains and they were full of fungus…. I stood in wonder… what do I do, I can’t sleep in that!! Tried to call down to be moved to a room which looked like the pics… no electric…. The hotel had lost all power… the whole area had… but now I have no ac, no way to leave… so I got my luggage and trailed down a steep hill to check out and get out…. She had no rooms to move me to… Expedia couldn’t even contact them so no idea why they listed them… sad… because as the pics show the place has potential… but the passion in the running of this place is not there… if you are not a long term stay they are not interested in you!!

When we arrived at the hotel, it turned out that you could not pay by card, only in cash. They packed us with luggage onto a trailer to drive us up the hill to the hotel. We had to pack the suitcases for the trailer ourselves, because the luggage said that his back hurt. Neglected hotel, needs renovation. Ants in bed, no hot water, noisy air conditioning. The room is dirty and stinks. We got a room without a jacuzzi, but we do not cry because our friends had a jacuzzi in their room and it turned out to be inoperative and terribly dirty. All drinks from the room fridge are out of date !!! Service not nice!!! To eat a meal you have to go down a steep hill. Breakfasts are a nightmare. A small selection of dishes. Only: pasta, egg, sausages, pancakes, pineapple, watermelon, lettuce, tomato, toasted bread and that's all. Pasta, pancakes inedible. What's more, my whole group of friends fell ill after this food. Abdominal pain, diarrhea. Avoid this hotel. I've stayed in many hotels in Thailand and around the world. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

I booked just for 1 night through booking.com as I didn’t want to drive all the way to BangTao where I am staying for my holiday. Trying to find the place was hard, I passed the entrance /street so I had to go all the way to another u- turn to find my way back. There is no sign of the resort anywhere, I finally found the place and tried to find the reception, boy! It was a hard job, I finally managed to get hold of someone on the phone to help me and I found out that the reception is at the entrance of the street. Finally checked in, the view was stunning, the rooms are big and a big bed, happy Days! Trying to take a shower, there was NO HOT WATER, I tried everything, but to no success. A cold shower is a COLD shower!!! I booked this room with breakfast and there was no breakfast booked for me, I was asked to pay 200baht for breakfast, Guess what! I am happy that I didn’t extend my stay aria place as I intended to. I give them the one star just for the view. By the way if you want to have the full view and quite place don’t go around the pool. I just liked the view.

We are currently staying here at room 102 and 103.. we ordered for a room service and someone from the reception called mentioned that its not availble because there is no car. So we just cancelled and after 5 min someone call in our room asking us to go down to the reception and take it by ourselves. This is so frustrating experience. We open the mini bar knowing that most of the item is already expired and we already drink 1 can of sprite... and we informed it to one of the staff but no one came back to us to resolve this matter. Ohh btw the check in experience is horrible. The lady who checked us in is not approachable.. lastly there is used towel inside our room! I uploaded some photos to show you all the items and numbers which is already expired.

Take this into a consideration, the hotel was not exactly 4 stars. The reception and place looked rundown. However, we stayed during my birthday and they provided us with an upgrade and a cake which was amazing. The idea of jacuzzi on the balcony was relaxing plus an spectacular view of the roads and lights. Room was clean but got problems with ants. TIPS: use powder on your pillow and mattress, it got rid of ants without any chemical use. Furniture required an upgrade, they looked fairly old. I did appreciate the service such as tried cleaning the room, giving us new towels, cleaning the trash everyday etc. The housekeepers and staffs were incredibly sweet and helpful when we informed them about ants and bugs. The pool never got busy and looked clean. some parts of the pool and the hotel seemed old and never got taken care of. For the amount of money we spent and the service this was fine but they need to solve ants and bugs problems.

A great Resort from the hustle and bustle of busy Patong, We stayed here 3 nights and enjoyed every minute. The staff couldn't help us enough, offered to drive us down the street and wait for us, organised taxi's if they weren't able to drive us. You do need to get a taxi to go anywhere, but Starbucks, Supermarket and a Chemist are a 5 min drive down the road. We had a pool/sea view room and it was spacious and clean. Beds are OK. They did lack a few things like tissues, tea bags/milk, so I couldn't have a cup of tea. You have to buy alcohol from the Supermarket, there is no where to buy it at the Resort as the Bars don't open. But we got all the supplies we needed when we went down the street. Beautiful pools to swim in. Most of the tourists that stay here, head off for the day on tours, so it was nice and peaceful for us until they got back later in the day, but it did give us plenty of entertainment watching them around the pool. Great place to recharge the batteries for a few days then head back into Patong.

Accomodation in amazing also the staff are extremely friendly and go out of there way to help with anything. Can’t recommend this place enough. If you want to stay somewhere away from all the hustle and bustle then Chalong is perfect. The hotel is a very short tuk tuk to the local market and supermarket where you can get everything you need. The hotel also provides free shuttles every few hours and will wait for you to bring you back

Wouldnt let us use their phone to book a taxi, wouldnt let us have "more than 2 eggs" for breakfast even though we booked a buffet, staff completely rude and threatening. Would not recommend to anyone unless you want to feel your blood boil with frustration
