Location It is up on top of a residential hill in Chalong area that overlooks its surrounding and the seaside. If you are the type that prefers the beach, then this isn't for you. I found out that their location is quite strategic that it is near to some of the spa, such as Cher Aim,Sukko Spa,Tarn Tara and Island and Herb Spa.Besides...

We had such an amazing stay at the Rising Sun – we didn’t want to leave! We stayed for 5 nights in the 1 bedroom villa & everything was perfect! Wipa & the team were so nice & welcoming and nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast in the morning was delicious & freshly prepared for us in the villa....

This resort is a home away from home. From the pick up at the airport till check out, everything was organised. Totally stress free ! Our one-bedroom villa is clean, roomy (good enough for 2 adults & 2 kids) & comfortable. We love the bathroom which is bright & spacious & most important of all, sparkling clean. Package also includes...

I'd absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun but realxing retreat away from the hustle bustle of urban life. Granted it was a bit of a drive from Patong and some of the other more popular destinations, but the tranquility and excellent service made up for all that and more. Khun Methee, Khun Wipa and their staff...

The RSR is so much more than a hotel, it is more an experience . And an excellent experience at that. We enjoyed 17 days of both relaxation by the wonderful pool and adventure with our friendly and helpful driver Sukan. We would never have found half the places we visited without him. it was great having Wipa and Methee...

Well after 8 weeks on the road, doing a grassroots adventure with gecko through Egypt and Thailand with basic accommodation, we were ready for a treat and that is exactly what we got. Within 2 hours of arriving both the owners were down to our villa to introduce themselves, they are lovely people who are well traveled and speak fluent...

We went there with a family of 4 adults and 2 kids (1.5 / 4 yo) and booked two of the one bedroom villas. Just amazing. Bedroom is separated from the living room, so there is no need for whispering when the kids are asleep. Breakfast is freshly prepared in your own villa and contains everthing we need, from croissants...

I'm writing this review as we pack up to leave after the best week's holiday I have ever had. We arrived late on New Years Eve. In our room was a bottle of champagne on ice and the most divine canapes prepared by Wipa including a plate of food and a present for our daughter. We were very impressed. We...

“The rooms nearer reception are easier to get to, the ones further down are at the end of a very steep hill - as we had a baby it was necessary to get the car to come and pick us up if we needed to get to reception or the kitchen/restaurant.”

“All the rooms are perfect. We stayed in a one bedroom villa (nr 2). All one bedroom villas are grouped around the large pool with sun beds outside your front door. One bedroom villa had fan and air con in large bedroom with dressing area, huge bathroom, comfy lounge with dining table, tv and fan.”
