Stayed here between the 13th and checked out the 15th of July the hotel looks good from the outside even the reception area is fine but the room we had was terrible, the smell was awful like a damp fusty smell? The bathroom was dirty and was outdated. The double bed was tiny and uncomfortable and poorly decorated. Food was average...

I have just spent two day at your hotel and would like to thank all of you for making our mini break so enjoyable, your staff are one of most friendliest staff I have ever came across. Your food was outstanding and not expensive at all and highly recommended with an added bonus a playroom for the kids so we...

The hotel is very noisy & average. There is no soundproofing, we were there for two nights & it was difficult. You can hear people walking, talking, using lifts & you can hear any door in the building being closed. The only good thing about this hotel is its staff who are extremely courteous & helpful.

This hotel was really very unimpressive and thoroughly average. The bedroom was good but the bathroom was very tired. The town is very small and has at least 4 hotels so this one should try a bit harder. The food appeared to cater for the rural community rather than visitors with a more homely and basic menu than other places....

Stayed here for two nights at the end of June 2015. The rooms are not large but not small either. They could do with a little bit of updating but in all clean and functional. After all you don't go to a beautiful place like ballyliffin and stay in the hotel all day. The staff were excellent from the moment...

We haven't visited this hotel for ages, and what a surprise, its been recently revamped and what a beautiful hotel it is now, so bright and fresh. The food is top class, we visited on a Saturday when a large wedding was taking place, no wait at all and the food was excellent and such great value for money. Well...

Stayed for 2 nights with a friend as part of a groupon deal, hotel is lovely and very close to the beach. Dinner was absolutely beautiful (the two girls serving us were excellent). Room was sufficient and clean, bathroom was fine and also clean. However the walls in our room were covered in hand prints and marks, one wall was...

lovely hotel and very friendly staff. Staff very helpful giving us information about local tourist sites and how to get to them. Great breakfast, buffet style with a very good choice of food and fresh scones and jams. Lovely rooms, only thing is the mattress on our bed would need renewed. felt every spring, they did give us better pillows...
