We spent 2 nights in a King Parrot room. It was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the cottages were older than we expected, and did not look like the photos on the website. The only heating was in the bedroom, so night trips to the bathroom were a bit chilly. The kitchen was well equipped with a full... More

Travel auction voucher. Lounge/bedroom OK too many power boards used. Kitchen and bathroom OK. Signage in relation to smoking was contradicting and confusing. Great river view. Stayed 03/15. Cabin OK.

My husband and I spent 3 nights in one of the cottages in and had a thoroughly wonderful stay. The manager was very friendly and helpful which we appreciated. Our view was of the gardens and Ovens river. Our room was bigger than expected. We had a large main bedroom/lounge room with a separate kitchenette which was more like a... More

While only here for one night, we found this accommodation to be comfortable and clean with average facilities, in a great, leafy, riverside setting. Very hard to identify from the road due to the trees, a local who we were visiting, didn't even know the cottages were there! The traffic (which was steady) died down through the evening and while... We were one of the first couples to stay here under the new owners, John & Louise, just over a year ago. They have really made a difference in cleaning up the gardens and the place looks just marvelous. Great to sit by the river on the sweeping lawns and enjoy a quiet drink in the afternoon. Well equipped comfortable... More

This was a weekend planned by friends to celebrate a 60th birthday and so the location was not so important to us. But we were thrilled with the location. Gorgeous grounds alongside river, clean and comfortable cabins, friendly and helpful hosts, we will definitely be back!

We are currently spending a 4 day weekend at the stunning Alpine Park Riverside Cottages for my Mother's 60th birthday. We have booked out the whole place. The self contained cabins are clean, neat, warm and cozy. Everything you could need is supplied. The owners John and Louise can be seen quietly doing the work about the grounds, a gorgeous... More
