Had a worst experiences ever I came down for a business trip This is my third time staying in this hotel previously was everything okay but today is my nightmare here First of all i booked the room under Trip ,they have mentioned there the room is with the window but when i checked in ,the room no window so i need to pay extra. My room got electric trip at 3.30am and I went down informed the receptionist but that guy was so arrogant told me that the management will be here tomorrow morning only and there no rooms available right now He didnt took any insensitive to come up and check my room luckily the guard came up took photo as everything was fine when he came to my room Hope management should take action night shift receptionist who not responsible and didnt even bothered to check my room We paying for the facilities, we are not staying here for free.…

Located not far from Kulim town and Hi Tech Area. More of within a housing area. There is a Nasi Kandar Restaurant next door, but it never open while we were there (even the hotel's staff also did not know exactly when it is supposed to open), but there are few restaurants nearby, there also a hypermarket just around the corner. Inside, it is quite plain and like a budget hotel. The lobby almost look like an empty place. The room quite spacious but nothing to shout about, decent but nothing extra. No mini fridge, no room service, no restaurant, just a shampoo and bath gel for toiletries. Word of cautious, the hotel required a deposit, paid in cash (RM50)

This hotel is near to shops. Next door is a nasi kandar shop but not sure what time it opens. We left at 9am and it was still close so you have to find elsewhere to have your breakfast. Location for us is not that great. We checked in on the 4 July 2020. Hafiz, the boy managing the reception was friendly and helpful. Our superior room was 3004. Room is quite spacious. Bed is HARD. Pillows are too soft. We asked for 2 extra pillows, only one was given. So one of us had to suffer! Apparently they are fully booked. Weird that we did not see any other people in the hotel. We checked out on the 5th morning at about 9am. Girl managing the reception was unfriendly. Not nice to see such people in the hotel industry. Especially when Kulim is such a nice place. Note - Should consider putting a fridge in the room and stock up on pillows if you don’t want to invest on better quality ones. …

I've been checked in to Fuller Hotel in Alor Setar quite plenty of times. However, Fuller Hotel in Kulim serve such a terrible experience to be kept as memory. No shower amenities when I enter the room. How can your housekeeping department release the room? AC keep turned off every an hour running. I have reset for so many time but still not working. I called to receptionist and no maintenance was available on that time and it's not funny when I have paid for a room with terrible AC...and I need to wake up every one hour to keep turning on the AC...TV channels good and clear to compare with Fuller Alor Setar.

Stayed for 1 night on a business trip. Not very far from my meeting place and too far from town. Room is huge and clean. Don't expect too much on the facilities for the price I'm paying. There's a very famous Nasi Kandar stall just next to it with long queue. Will definitely return.

A decent hotel for the price, they provide comfortable rooms with amenities. The location is a bit off from the main town, but a 24-hour convenience store (7-11) & launderette are within walking distance and there's a limited choice of eateries nearby (do try the burgers from Nice Burger stall if you have the chance). Front desk team is friendly & accommodating, although the housekeeping team needs to put more effort in cleaning the room.

Was on business trip to Kulim and stayed at Fuller Kulim. There is a new Nasi Kandar restaurant attached to the hotel. This restaurant was not there during my first visit few years ago. I was told is one of the best Nasi Kandar brand from Alor Setar, the fried chicken is surprisingly delicious. Overall the hotel is clean and still in good maintenance condition. The local is just perfect for my work trip to Kulim High Tech Park area. Price wise is considered cheap for the cosy room that I get.

I stay one day from 14 Sept 15 Sept .since I check in so late at 12 Mn .There is no remote control.i don't really bother So much on that but room was so dirty (overall not great experience ).I don't expected in such as new building.tq

Visited on a work trip. Rooms were decent and clean. Located next to a food store which makes it convenient to grab some food. Not too far from town. Breakfast was decent. It was pretty empty when I visited and service was great. Great place to stay in Kulim.

Rooms were clean, spacious and decently priced. Probably the best in Kulim. The WiFi speeds were fast. TV channels lack programmes. Nearby shops makes dining easy. Nasi Kandar restaurant at the basement, small Chinese restaurant at the rear and a huge good Chinese restaurant some 500/600 meters away.
