I do enjoy staying with Urban Inn for my own personal space as a nomad freelancer, with a very strong internet connection I'm able to completed my daily task perfectly.
However I would suggest the management to resolved an issue regardless to sound proof between the foyer/alley & between rooms guest during early morning and after midnight.
If I may to raise about the cleanliness around the foyer and corridor before entrance, with the price charged and nice decorative concept, you need to be more neat & tidy.
Small request to complete about your rooms, may provide 4 pillows instead of 2 (Deluxe/Queen bedroom)
Lastly, I generously give a credit to all staff for a very attentive and friendly ( Housekeeper & Front Desk)

The room is clean, nice and all basic amenities are fully equipped. This hotel provides water dispenser for those who needs high volume of drinking water consumption daily.
Urban Inn is a good place to rest after a long day of tiring work as less noisy around the hotel corridors. The location is strategic for a short drive to reach the Chinese hawker food and kopitiams in Kulim.

Pretty convenient, cheap in price, they have the vending machine downstairs and also filtered water. Located nearby Lotus and few restaurant, pretty convenience for me. Television might have a slight problem but they work just fine. There is also a place to iron your cloth.

Soft pillows are not comfortable for sleeping as there is no need for pillows. In the middle of the night the music opened loudly, did the staff not scold you? You can hear people in the next room making noise. The water room door has no lock. 3-4 flies entering the room is really annoying.

Although it is a double storey shop house, it is very good to sleep for a night or two after a tiring day. Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, large toilet area. Best it is the lighting. It is warm and sheded light, doesn't hurt the eyes. A good choice.

The bed was so comfortable. The cleanliness of the place was goood. The Shower especially i love it as the water pressure is good and heater functioning well. The airconditioning only need to be checked as sometimes its not so cold. Good thing in the morning its cold so it was perfect

Good Wi-FI, good parking, Easy access, Bathroom was good with plenty of hot water and space for showering, and a comfortable room.
Some noice from the neighbor room the second night I stayed, late in the evening and from families with children due to the television children program early in the morning.
Available cold and hot drinking water in the hall and no bottles in the room.

Everything good, clean and no smoking smell. Price cheap for the room is cheap compare to others. Just the sound proof not that good which the sound from the corridor can hear inside room or sometimes behind room also can hear.But with a air-conditioned room and nearby to tesco and easy to access to food is a good place to choose and stay

Overall was satisfied and very clean. Just one thing is so annoying is that the hotel cleaning staff making noises in the morning when they are doing their work. Its because our room is closed to the cleaners room. Hope this could be improve.
