It is a very nice and moder hotel which you do not expect to find in such a small city. Very nice lobby area and very helpfull staff in the bar. Bar prices for food and drink were very reasonanble. The room had a good size and was very clean and modern, The hotel is in the city center and near the shopping area.

Quite expensive. Smallish room. Attractive new décor, stylish but not altogether practical. No problem parking nearby. Pleasant staff. Breakfast was very good apart from yogurts and milk not refrigerated, they were at room temperature. Eggs nicely cooked to order. Excellent air conditioning in room but sweltering in corridor and we waited ages for the lift to come. In the end we had to walk down. Staff had to ‘reset’ the lift. Nice little leaving present on checking out.

the first thing i asked when i checked is the name 4615 which is the zip code of this area. the rooms were fantastic and really big with a an equally nice balcony> loved my very small stay at the hotel > the breakfast also a well laid one so overall it was worth staying here>

I loved this hotel. It's a beautiful environment and for us was in a central location to travel to nearby towns and villages but it's really the people that make Portugal and they don't come much better than every single member of staff at this hotel...totally professional, the perfect mix of impeccable manners, politeness and friendliness and a total credit to this establishment. I would love to see this new hotel grow into a strong brand because it would be a brand I would return to again and again. Fabulous breakfast was included. A tiny niggle but I wish that management would make the private room terraces on the third floor more spatially and aesthetically pleasing in order to compliment the beautiful view and remain in keeping with the rest of the hotel. A minor gripe but it would make this place perfect in my opinion.…

We found this hotel at the last minute after travelling to the North of Portugal and will definitely be returning. The hotel is a new building of modern design which we found to be very comfortable and clean coupled to very good service. Staff are very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast was very fresh with a good selection for all tastes. The rooms themselves are quite big and there is an excellent bar and lounge to relax in.
