I have read the reviews off and on in anticipation of traveling here over the last few months but after experiencing 5 days in this little cove, I can say without a doubt it was even better than I had hoped. Just as everyone said, the location is beautiful, the atmosphere romantic, the food incredible and the service beyond compare...

This unique resort is in a league of its own. There is no comparison possible to all the typical mexican resorts that a person generally encounters when they search expedia, travelocity etc. From its intimate experience (small) to its attention to detail (all transportation arranged) to its pampering (staff will arrange anything you request, and often that you didn't, but...

Just got back home from a 4 night stay at Majahuitas. So relaxing, amazing staff and accommodations and wonderful fresh food, literally no complaints. The place is perfect. Definitely check out the day-trip to nearby Yelapa if you want more company, but we could have easily spent the entire time and been perfectly happy. We would definitely return and plan...

This is an exceptional place, period. The inceredibly beautiful location - and the novelty of staying in a beach casita recessed into the mountains and trees - made this one of the most tranquil, relaxing vacations we've ever had. We came back refreshed, rejuvenated, well fed and content ... and cant wait to get back! Its unconventional - its not...

My wife and I have traveled extensively around the world and we have never experienced a vacation that was so perfect. This is a very special place. Everything about our trip was first class. Our Casita was beautiful, just above the beach, and the sound of waves lulled us to sleep every night. The food was above five stars and...

We just got back from Majahuitas and are already juggling calendars to see when we can get back there. It was simply one of the best vacations ever. Our travel includes a wide range of travel experiences, from camping to 5 star hotels. Majahuitas managed to pack the best of it all in one place. First, getting to Majahuitas was...

It has been over a year since my wife and I have been at Majahuitas but I feel I need to write a review after the person gave a review with one star. Everything that he/she complained about has clearly been identified in reviews and if you picked Majahuitas, I would have thought that thy had to do some research...

We were thrilled with the resort, owners and staff are friendly and provided great hospitality. We will make it a point to make this place our Vacation spot. (^_^)

My wife and I experienced many of the same disappointments mentioned (mediocre to bad service, expensive beer and liquor and more primitive than advertised accommodations). HOWEVER the single worst deal breaker was the hordes of loud, drunken, rude, obnoxious tourists that arrive every day. Because Mexican law provides anyone with access to all beaches, party boats can and do arrive...

This was our first stay at Majahuitas and we were absolutely thrilled with the resort. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and provide great hospitality. The location is stunning and the casitas are all wonderfully designed and decorated. Margo was waiting on the beach to greet us, and showed us to the Sunset casita, which was lovely. The food...
