We stayed there for two nights b&b . The hotel rooms are a little tired but were spotless. It's like staying in a hotel from 20 years ago but it really works. The staff were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. The manager's wife...More
Our first adventure with HF. We enjoyed everything about the experience. The room was good and so was the food. A convivial group of people and well thought out guided walking. A repeat adventure is in order.
We were here for an H.F. Holiday. The staff were all great. Lovely meals, with a great choice. Couldn't fault our room. Well organised walks. Lovely picnic lunches. Great evening entertainment. Fabulous views.
Booked a three night break with HF holidays which included two wonderful days of guided walking, all meals and parking at Lulworth Cove main car park. The room, number 22 was in an annex joined to the hotel and was very clean and comfortable with...More

We booked today, 4 Jan, for next September and are booked into a "premium" double room in the "Walkers' Cottage". Is this what is called in some descriptions the "Annex"? I can't find anything on the HF Website describing this location. I will appreciate your help.

The room we booked was a premium double, made into a twin room. The room number was 22 which was in the annex. I believe this may have been called the 'Walkers Cottage ' as the boot room is located in this building directly below room 22. It was a lovely room.
I am sure HF enquiries will be able to clarify if this is the room you have booked.
I would say that by the time you enjoy the walks and the socialising, not much time is spent in the room!!
