They block me some money on my credit card without asking me after I paid all amount for the room. They lied us that they can unblock the money from the credit card in the same...

Great place to stay, very friendly and attentive staff both in the reception and also in the restaurant which has a great menu as very reasonable prices. Also, ideally located just a few minutes walk to the popular Zakynthos Town waterfront.

The room was very clean and it had a great view to the sea. The breakfast was included and had many food options that were delicious. The staff was very kind, polite and helpful. The location is very convenient to reach the center of the town and walk around.

The rooms were cleaned everyday, fresh towels and toiletries available. Great staff, cheerful and very accommodating.Special credit to the FB manager and receptionists. They made our stay really enjoyable. After all, what you remember when you go back home is the warm smile and the small talk you have with people and we had plenty of both during our stay.

Decent clean hotel a block away from the beach. 5min walk to town and 10mins from port. Breakfast and buffet dinner are very satisfactory and so is room service. Rooms a little on the small side for a family. Staff friendly and can organise tours for you.
