We spent 2 nights it this location as part of our cruise land tour. I believe we were in the newest of the many buildings...it was the 700 building. Each room had either a ground level porch or upper lever balcony. Our room was located on the Chena River side and we had a lovely wooded view of the river....

After reading some reviews I was wary of what we would find on our land portion of Celebrity cruises. I was quite happy. As a family of 5 we had 2 rooms. They were very clean, large and quite comfortable. Only day we overslept. The dining room food was good and although not cheap, was reasonably priced for what you...

Wat a horrible place, HAD a tour LAST WEEK. FIRST ONE MY suit cases GOT MISS place, THEN ONE OF THE lady in THE COFFEE place when I told her that my coffee was wrong, she was so rude and never offer to replace it I lost my money, and then the worse the room was crumby, duty and the...

The room had no heat for 2 days even though the outside temperature was in the 40's and the staff was notified after the first day. The wallpaper in our bathroom was delaminating and the room needed updating. The pasta buffet was the worst I have ever had. The second day was not much better as I tried a hamburger...

We stayed in the lodge standard room with 2 double beds, TV, small table and chairs, sink in main room and doored toilet and shower without a tub. Room was on the 2nd floor and there are no elevators. Close walking distance to main building restaurant and coffee shop, smaller lodge shops and dinner musical show. Bus transportation from the...

We reserved a deluxe cabin but our opinion of deluxe is must different. I will first start with the size of the room very small. You had to side step between the bottom of the bed and wall. The cabins are in a strip of four with the next strip right behind you so people walking to other cabins don't...

Upon arrival the lodge is very attractive. We were given a handicapped room even though we didn't need one. After reading other reviews, this was probably a good thing. The room was large enough, and mattresses seemed relatively new. Wifi was horrible, even in the lodge where we were told it was fine. We made numerous treks to the lobby...

Quaint village style area with lodge shops & interconnected upscale cabins. Cabins are log construction resulting in being very quiet. Very good king size beds. Good WIFI. Managed by Aramark which manages all national park lodges. This management team seems to be very good as the village appeared to be well managed with friendly helpful staff.

We stayed here as part of Royal Caribbean's land tour of our cruise. It was okay. The bar servers were nice, but they could have used one more person. The woman working at the coffee bar was alone for the busiest time of the day. She was rude, but I could understand it as she had zero help and about...

We where here for 2 nights on a Celebrity Cruise land tour portion of our trip. I can't understand why Celebrity would want it's name associated with this place. There was mold in the shower, slime on the shower curtain, and long hair around the shower drain. The shower was so bad that my wife refused to use it. There...
