Didn't visit the other parks available because this was the only one to offer full hookups but it was a lovely area. Staff was very friendly and we'll trained in customer care. The sites were close but there are trees. A female Elk actually visited our site for a snack around dusk, what a treat for us! The campground is...

Stayed there the first week of August...This RV park is very old with it seems to also have a section of real old rundown trailers as permanent residence..not a pretty site..but you don't have a lot of choices at the south rim for a big rig. The free shuttle bus system is a great way to get to anywhere in...

Let me preface this review by saying that you don't book this RV Park for their amenities, but simply for its LOCATION! If you are looking for a resort quality campground, this is not the place. If you are looking for a place to stay inside the park with full hook-ups, convenient walk to breathtaking views and transportation and a...

Great location for a site with electricity - within walking/hiking distance to much of the canyon. We saw elk right in the camp. The sites are not great, somewhat close together, but well organized. The one drawback is the 1/2 mile walk to the showers. The pay showers are located down the road near Mather Campground. They're fine. From the...

The location and the full hookups cannot be beat! But the major downside to this campground is how close you are to your neighbor. The sites are at an angle, so you do not even "wall yourself off" with your RV and the side of your neighbors RV. You are just out there and exposed camping with everyone. The other...

We were a couple with an adult son so only needed a convenient place to access the shuttle. This was perfect as we were able to access the walks without "wasting" time. The toilets and washbasins were very close by and we didn't have to wait to use them. There was a full hook up and some trees between the...

Stayed at Trailer Village for 2 nights in July. Small skinny sites with one Shadetree her site. Asphalt pad is nice the rest of the site is basically gravel. Camp entrance has ice for sale. Convenient walk to tram stop at Campground entrance which will take you throughout the south rim on the tram Loop. No amenities like pool or...

We read the reviews and were very excited to pull our RV in and stay two nights. The reviews made it seem like jelly stone park. The only thing it had going for it was that you could pick up the shuttle bus from the RV park and go most places within the Grand Canyon. Location within the park. No...

Trailer Village in Grand Canyon Nation Park on the South Rim has a convenient arrangement with full RV hook-ups and tent camping too. Trailer Village is located near the park’s South Rim bus loop that stops at numerous visitor sites, it’s walking distance to a few restaurants and stores in the Market Plaza. Elks are very domesticated and pay little...

Arrived just as sun went down, drive into park was breathtaking. RV parking and hook up easy, if with a little help from some other RV-ers! Had a lovely snack of pulled pork sliders@ lodge, would recommend. Joseph who seated us couldn't have been nicer along with our server Lea. The grocery store has all the essentials and way more,...
