Excellent starting point for our trip down to Phantom Ranch. Within walking distance to Rim and bus lines to explore the Grand Canyon from the top before making trip down to Phantom Ranch. Pictures do not do justice to this Grand Adventure. A bucket list must whether avid hiker or even disabled person, accommodations are there for all!

We had an excellent experience staying at the Trailer Village RV Park! The park was beautiful, and the facilities clean and comprehensive. We were surprised and disappointed that we were unable to secure a reservation in advance either by phoning the toll-free number or using the website from which the result was 'full'. However, when we phoned the non-toll-free number...

The Grand Canyon is a beautiful camping location. The campground was fine. Wish there would have been showers in the campground instead of having to drive to them 5 minutes away, but glad to have water and electric hook-ups. Several different restaurants in the park to give some options. All food was good, but over-priced for what you were eating....

Didn't know we were staying so close to the action. Near a trolley stop, very clean, nice place to walk your dogs, reasonably priced, and very quiet. You have sidewalks to the central market and a covered waiting bench for the trolley. Worth every penny and would stay here again.

Yes, the showers are inconvenient. Yes, there is limited internet access. Yes, the spaces are close. But, you are walking distance from Mather Point, shuttle, and the general store. We stayed only for 2 nights. The weather was incredible. 60's daytime. 30's at night. Saw the mule deer right next to our site. Elk out on the trails. Watch for...

This place has full hook ups to include cable. There are bathrooms, but no showers. The country store is right around the corner and has everything you will ever need to include WiFi. Its a good central location to move up and down the canyon. Clean and all the sites where pull thru.

Winter camping at the Grand Canyon. Mather campground was open but snowed in. No electricity. The RV Park had electricity and washrooms but for 36.00 USD/night plus tax that was about all it had to offer. Water lines were frozen. No showers. Electrical plug-in was about all. People were friendly and helpful though, but overall....Just a place to park the...

Decided to go to the Grand Canyon in the winter because this place was rated in the top 10 National Parks to visit in the winter. We have been here numerous times in the summer and fall but never in the winter. The winter didn't disappoint. It was more than I expected. The snow gives the canyon a whole new...

There was enough space between sites at this park so it was well designed. Deer were roaming nearby wherever you looked. It was a beautiful environment. There is a laundromat at the park which is convenient. The facilities are pretty basic but it had what we needed. The worst thing about this park was the standard of hygiene in the...

My husband and I booked a 3 night stay at the Grand Canyon Trailer Village Rv Park; I was told that it was open year round with full hook up! I knew it was going to be cold there because it was January so I bought a 25 ft. heated hose. We filled both propane tanks and thought we were...
