Our lodge room was exactly as we expected-it's not fancy but it's not trying to be and for the price we paid it was perfect. We didn't spend much time in our room as we were off exploring so for our family of four this room was great.

I cannot express how happy I was with this lodge. The location could not have been more ideally located, only a short (couple minutes) walk from the Bright Angle trailhead and bus stops. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very prideful of their work. The upper-level rooms had lofted ceiling with exposed wood beams, giving it a...

This is a great place to stay, primarily because of the location. You are right in the park. There is a market in the village as well as a few restaurants, so you won't have to leave the park at all. Maswik has a cafeteria where you can get breakfast, lunch or dinner, but you can also go to the...

As many people and tour buses as frequent this place you'd think they'd be able to update the rooms every now and then! I've never seen anything so worn out and nasty looking. We were booked there through the Grand Canyon railway pass so no choice up there anyway, but I'll know what to avoid next trip up.

We stayed here on recommendation of Grand Canyon Railway. Meh. Very average. Bathroom updated - about the best we could say for the room, other than it was quite clean. Bag was in the room so that made it convenient, and they picked it up for us also. One issue we had was spotty wifi, but that was ok since...

We stayed at Maswik for one night and it was the perfect combination of affordability for families in the park and comfort. There is ample parking (which is limited in other areas of the park.) The restaurant is cafeteria style which is perfect when you're travelling with young kids (no waiting, lots of choices)... as well as a pizza pub...

Booked 3 rooms for the family during Xmas week and thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. Rooms looked to have been recently renovated with walls, carpets and bathroom fixtures looking fresh and sharp. Bed very comfortable. The Pizza Pub in the near by lodge was surprisingly good for an institutional setting and definitely a good choice for a late night snack. Rooms...

We pulled in just before sunset. It was our 13th (and last) night on a roadtrip. We watched sunset, went back to our room and got everything situated for an early start the next morning. We awoke well before sunrise and headed over to the rim to watch the day start. Even the annoying lady who wouldn't shut-up couldn't wreck...

This was our first stay in a lodge inside a national park. Finding the lodge at night with poor road conditions was a bit tricky. Once we found it, check in was quick. The room felt like very old and in need of maintenance. Floors in this second level room were squeaky. The lodge has great dining options for breakfast,...
