The snow capped mountains, the crystal clear swimming area at Coulter Bay, Jenny Lake, and a village with restaurants and a store that has all the amenities needed for a fun- filled vacation is what this village has to offer. There is horse back riding,...More
The tent cabins were an excellent compromise when deciding between tent camping and cabins (obviously). We were a little nervous as far as there structure and security. To our surprise, they were clean, dry, and very well made. We loved having the pot belly wood...More
Stayed in a cabin here and what a treat it was. Very friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. Absolutely perfect place to stay in this beautiful Park. There is a store nearby, restaurants and good hiking trails. Perfect spot for a family vacation.
We stayed here in July 2017. We were just a few steps through the woods to Jackson Lake. The campsites are nice and decent sized. We were also close to the general store, laundry, marina, restaurants and visitor center. We took an evening dinner cruise...More
We stayed in the cabins. Rustic style, but has modern comforts. We stayed there in Oct'17 just days before it closed for winter. The path had no lights and it was difficult to walk abouts. There are short cuts from cabins to restaurant, but we...More

We stayed in the tent cabins rather than the campground so i cant comment specifically on the rv sites. You absolutely must stay in yellowstone if youre planning to spend time there. Its a good 2+ hr drive just to the most southern sites in yellowstone from gt and itd be even farther to hit the northern part of the park. Grand teton by itself is worth at least two nights though if you like to hike you should spend more time because the hiking and ranger programs are spectacular. For yellowstone id plan minimum 3 full days of sightseeing. I also think rv rental is a bad idea. Much cheaper to rent cabins or tent cabins plus finding parking in summer for an rv will be miserable at all sights. Both parks are very crowded and driving around in an rv will not be fun. Bp
