This was our first trip through the Tetons. Was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations and atmosphere. Yes, it would have been nice to have air conditioning. But with open windows at night, the mountain air provided a cool breeze. Definitely ask for a mountain view...More
Stayed on June 2nd, 2017.
Walk up the stairs from the lobby and you'll see why everyone is gushing about the wonderful views. There is quite simply no better place to view the mountains.
Overall, the rooms are authentic/rustic but pleasant. No TVs, not that...More
We stayed here for 5 nights and visited Teton and Yellowstone. An excellent lodge with good food in the restaurants and great activities available. The lodge is great to just hang out and have a drink. Piano in the evening was great. Our room looked...More
We were on a Backroads hiking trip to Yellowstone and Tetons. This was by far the worst hotel on our trip. We stayed in a patio cabin that was not clean. Others in our group said the same thing. There was dust on the valence...More
Breathtaking mountain view "cottage" (townhouse type), as close to a perfect morning and evening view of Grand Tetons as you can get. Very comfortable if simple bedding. Night time temps fall to 50 or less even in Summer, and daytimes you want to be out...More

We were there with an organization who had a group rate of $247 plus taxes. There are no views in the Classic Cabins which is where we stayed. If you want a view, ask to be in the newer part which is next to the main lodge where the restaurants and shops are located. I would definitely recommend that you make reservations if you want to eat breakfast or dinner in the Mural Room. While we were there in the middle of June there were times when they were booked solid. I would make reservations sooner rather than later since August is high season at Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks especially if you want a room with a view.
