I will highly recommend staying here! Campsites were clean. Plenty of room between sites. Campers were respectful of space and quiet. Restrooms were clean. Camp store was close and stocked amazingly! Within a short distance to plenty of attractions.

We had a great tent site, very peaceful setting. The Boyscouts had a great time in the caves, plenty of scouting around. Thank goodness for showers. There was also a laundry. Camp store was good, has essentials and some souvenirs. Only one complaint: the two...More

We spent a few nights on Loop B while visiting the caves. This loop is specifically for tent camping so there weren't any RVs (and the noise they bring). It was quiet and peaceful as there were so few people. The loop's bath house was...More

A weekend of simple tent camping went great. Campsite was spacious enough for our 6-person tent, a couple bikes and our minivan (which was on a paved driveway spur). The firepit was cleaned out before our arrival. The poured concrete picnic table was in good...More

First of all, there is no electricity - so either stay temperate times of the year if you don't have a generator, or else, prepare to run the a/c from generator 6 am to 10 pm. Or run the heat in winter - Kentucky can...More

Hi Jill... Me & my wife are planning to camping (tent) at Mammoth Caves on Apr 15th (Fri) & 16th (Sat). Now that we cannot reserve online, how probable we can get to a camp site if we reach there by Friday 4 PM?
