Stayed a night in this immaculately clean well located 3 star hotel in Andahuaylas. Double Room was clean, with bathroom, flat screen tv, and comfortable bed. Cost about 25 dollars - including breakfast of fried egg, bread, coffee and juice. Internet was good but dropped off once or twice like it always does in Peru. The staff were really helpful...

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and the hot water worked well. Wifi was intermittent. Breakfast was the usual, nothing special but always nice to have coffee and juice ready...

Sol de Oro was probably the best overall hotel/hostal/hostel experience I had in my 10 days in Peru. Breakfast was very good. One or two other places had better breakfast, but lacked seriously in other departments. The bed was very good. One or two other places had better beds, but lacked seriously in other departments. The room and the bathroom...

Walk in published rate pined on the wall at the reception is 60 Soles in this friendly business like hotel. It is about 5 minute walk upstream, along the river from the terminal terrestre. And another 5 to plaza de armas. Andahuaylas is small enough to reach one point from another without using anything else than your feet. We like...

Hotel just re-opened a month ago after complete renovation, and is now an excellent choice and great value! Everything is new, new bathrooms, great comfy beds, wooden floors, elevator, and Wifi in rooms. Very friendly receptionists, Good location only a few blocks from Plaza and not up on the hillside. Definitely the best choice here!
