Booked a studio apartment - clean but stunk of fish and dead animals. Eventually it in a "premiere" room which was marginally better but very dated. Whole hotel is tired. Meal was good for a hotel restaurant

Had high hopes that the hotel would improve in certain areas - check in was great and super efficient - however stay in outside rooms was a bit dismal - not great rooms - point to note is that the restaurant menu is still as poor as ever...as well as the lack of ability to execute a decent dish -...

We've stayed at this hotel when taking an early morning flight from Lyon airport, returning from French Alps. The location is perfect, the hotel is functional, rooms spacious and comfortable. nothing out of this world, but everything you need. The service is OK, not more than that, but this hotel is probably the best choice among several hotels close to...

After several years abscence I stayed again in L'Isle d'Abeau Mercure Hotel. Checkin was extremly fast and the room was clean. I really liked the big shower head - perfect way to start the day. Dinner in the hotel was good. I had a goat cheese burger with French fries. For breakfast I found everything I wanted. Scrambled eggs, Yogurt,...

The hotel will not disappoint you for a good night stay. It offers you free (fast) internet in the room and the room itself is quite comfortable. The only disappointment was the water pressure in the shower at 07:15 at the second floor. The diner in the restaurant, a burger, was outstanding and also the breakfast was great!

it is my second stay this year here, i had the chance to be in a refurbished room again. spacious and clean, as regular. secured car park available. i had the dinner in the bistro restaurant, it was good, good price, and quite fast. i prefer the bistro restaurant than the "gastronomique" restaurant, which is a bit more expensive, but...

I stayed in this hotel for one night, is conveniently near the airport and the Lafargeholcim headquarters. The place is clean, the breakfast good and quiet enough to get a good rest during the night. The rooms are a bit small but you do not need much space if you are in a business trip anyway

First off, the Rooms here are actually fine so if you are passing and need to crash somewhere then it will do fine. My issues here. The barman who served me and my colleague on several occasions is the rudest most uninterested member of staff I have ever met, seems as customers we were an inconvenience to his daily routine....

Decent enough hotel. Cleaning staff really good, friendly and helpful. A few of the wait staff are very helpful. Most though are not if you speak English, and wont slow down to help. If English is your home tongue then service is far below what one expects of a 4 star hotel.
