Wonderful hotel. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The room was beautiful with some nice little extras such as good quality biscuits and toiletries. Breakfast couldn’t be faulted, a lot of choice and the portions were very generous. Definitely going back!

We drove into Chester over two days and it never took less than 20 minutes each way, due to quite heavy traffic, especially at the Chester end. Also parking was expensive like most cities, around £15 per day. I would give the park & ride system a go, it is enroute from the hotel anyway.
