Just arrived home after a fabulous stay at O'Vineyards conveniently situated on the outskirts of Carcassonne. After reading the reviews we booked the one night wine, food and stay package and weren't disappointed. On arrival we received a very warm welcome, Liz served up delicious canapés whilst Joe generously plied us with his gorgeous red wine. After being shown to...

What can I say that hasn't been said already? My husband and I stayed with Joe & Liz to kick-off our belated honeymoon Europe trip in September 2015. We stayed in the B&B for 2 nights, and booked the wine & dine celebration our second night that we were there. When we arrived, we were greeted by Joe & Muse...

Review Our night at O'Vineyards was even better than we had hoped after reading the wonderful reviews. Not only was our room fit for a queen, the welcome warm (even from the dog, Muse) , and the food delicious, but the opening wine tour and tasting was unique and fascinating ( and we've done dozens). We felt afterwards that we'd...

We booked to stay for one night Fri 11th September which was planned to be a fun last night of our French touring holiday. Prior to booking we viewed the web site and were enticed by all the pictures and narrative of wine tasting, vineyard tours and rustic meals. If you go in Trip Advisers own booking portal it clearly...

We stayed with Liz and Joe in September as a group of four. It is an amazing place, would definitely recommend a visit. It was a really different experience but in a positive way! We arrived late afternoon and were greeted by Joe who immediately offered us a glass of wine, which we enjoyed sitting in the garden looking at...

My husband and I stayed the night with Liz and Joe during our honeymoon in France. We stayed in the Merlot room, and we could not have been happier. It was by far the nicest room that we stayed in during our three weeks in France. It was so spacious and beautifully decorated....and not to mention the fact that the...

An evening with Liz & Joe remains with us as a most enjoyable time. Meeting Joe with his indomitable but relaxed passion that fills every drop of O'Vineyards wine whilst Liz made our food taste buds sing. A fabulous evening and night's sleep with just the sound of grapes growing on the slopes below the bedroom balcony. Then after struggling...

We booked a celebration meal and an overnight stay as part of our mini-honeymoon during our summer holiday with our family. We had the most wonderful stay. Joe and Liz are such generous hosts, not just with the amount and quality of wine and food that they provided but also with their time. Joe's tour of their vineyard, was relaxed,...

Superb tour full of information and your glass is seldom empty. Joe is an enthusiastic and generous host, his commitment to his wine is evident. Could have stayed longer and wished we had. If you need any wine tasters, give us a call and we'll be on the next flight.
