friendly owners...loved our little peaceful apartment spotless! the courtyard is beautiful...songbirds in trees at sunrise every morning heralding the new day...close to the walking trail...did not have the breakfast...prepared ours in our apt and ate at our little table near our room...

Big surprise in the dunes of CARRAPATEIRA. This family will offer you a good clean room, an incredible breakfast full of freshness, and best of all, the feeling that it could be your house. If you are looking for trekking this is a mandatory stop. They are responsible for some kilometres of the beautiful ROTA VICENTINA.

The room was good (though the bed could have been harder) and clean. The place is still quite far from the beach, but very close to the town center - actually the distance from the beach offers some nice walks at night. The owner is kind and caring about his customers. The most memorable part of our stay was the...

Smallish, family run bed and breakfast. Characterful rooms - quirky in a good way. Fantastic continental breakfast - loads of regional meats and cheeses, home made yoghurt and jams. Very friendly owners and staff.

Very good and relaxed Pensão. Convenient for foreigners that like to enjoy the good weather and sea in Carrapateira. You have to many good options if you want to bicycle, hike, surf or just relax and do sone contemplation in this coast line. Relax and enjoy!

We stayed for 1 night while biking to Sagres. Warm family and staff that run this place that make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. (Eduardo, one of the owners, is a lovely person who really cares about the area and the environment. Every spring, he and other folks from the community pick up the trash that inevitability...

This was our second time at the Pensao das Dunas, returning for another surf break after 5 years. I'd like to say it was as good as last time - but it was better. The Pensao is cool, friendly, clean and funky with all the things you need for a great surfing break. By that I mean a good room...

Nice, cozy pension just a few hundred meters from the Costa Vincentina. Long breakfast table (with great selection) creates some kind of family feeling, the apartment we had was spacious, clean and colorful. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed elsewhere the first night in Carrapateira and decided to stay another night. Since where we spent the night did not have an availability, the gentleman at the B&B kindly reached out to Agnes at Pensao das Dunas. When we went to the Pensao the following morning, there were a lot of guests coming in/out, and the staff attended...

This is halfway between and hostel and a hotel. Lovely entryway, on the edge of town. It is a collection of buildings and rooms around an open-air courtyard. Lots of bright colors, unusual but fun decor. We shared baths on the hall, but given the off-season, it was just with our group. The breakfast is huge and varied. Due to...
