stayed here for a night, booked for 2 but needed to get home, while my son and I visited the Tank Museum. The room was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. Tara and Andrew made us feel very welcome and even made us a packed tea for our train journey home - as well as driving us to the station.... More

What a lovely, relaxing place. Andrew and Tara were incredibly flexible and didn't seem phased by our late (and then further delayed) arrival time and were incredibly friendly and hospitable during our short stay. Breakfast was served at a time which suited us, and was delicious (and very generous!) both mornings. I particularly loved the half grapefruit served each morning.... More

I planned a short break in Dorset for my wife's birthday and after doing my research opted for Cheriton House. We were not disappointed, the house is lovely, in a good location to visit local attractions and the room clean and comfortable. The breakfast choice was excellent and they even asked their butcher to make gluten-free sausages for me. Andrew... More

I booked this accommodation based on other reviews on trip advisor and we were not disappointed. The house is a beautiful period property and situated in a very pretty Dorset village which is minutes from Durdles Door and Lulworth Cove. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean and we were made to feel at home by the owners Andrew... More

Andy is a great host and his cooked breakfasts legendary. We stayed there twice. First in a B&B with ensuite. Then a week later in the self contained coach house. The breakfasts during the B&B stay kept us going all day. The coach house has a full kitchen with everything you need. There's a TV, DVD player and a HiFi... More

Thank you very much for taking the time to write a review. It was a pleasure to have you both stay with us. I would agree that there was increased tractor traffic during your stay. It is a very busy time of year as the farmers harvest the grain. The Farmer is as considerate as he can be but there... More

Our hosts Tara and Andy were really friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely spacious room and very comfortable bed. The room was light and airy and although it overlooked the road we slept very well and the breakfasts were superb. We really liked the village and it was nice to walk to the local village shop and post office.... More

Our room was lovely, beautifully decorated with plenty of room to spread out. Andy & Tara were both really delightful to deal with - friendly and very accommodating. The (separate) bathroom was a good size. Not so positive - There was no shower, only a bath with a shower head on a hose which sat on top of the taps... More
