This B&B is a large modern house in a quiet location overlooking a Loch. The room was large and well presented with lots of nice touches. The bathroom was a good size. The room had views over the garden and distant Loch. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choice. Lots of on site parking. Restaurants nearby in Fort Augustus.... More

Carol took pity on my husband and myself and opened up a family room to accommodate us on our recent trip to Scotland. We had no reservations and after calling about 10 places someone recommended Carol. She said she would help out and did. The room was spacious and comfortable and had a view looking out towards the loch. Breakfast... More

The beds were very comfortable and with the super quiet location we slept like logs! The... More

Hi, I travelled to Scotland on holidays in July 2014. A close friend recommended that we stay at Strathoich B & B as they had enjoyed a stay there previously. The home was fairly new and all rooms had en suite and the rooms were roomy and comfortable with a comfortable bed. The host Caroline was both very helpful, friendly... More

When booking our trip this B&B didn't actually show up on search/compare websites, so we ended up here completely by chance. There was a problem with our previous booking, which was a huge panic as we were travelling on foot. Caroline very kindly picked us up from the nearby town and even offered us lifts in and out of Fort... More
