One word sums up Wheelwright’s Cottage: perfection. The house and gardens are beautiful, and the guestroom, bathroom and conservatory (to which we had 24/7 access) are charmingly and tastefully designed. Dawn is a gracious and genteel hostess who provides an extra level of care to her guests. Breakfasts were excellent. We didn’t want to leave such a wonderful accommodation.

A warm welcome from Dawn and David awaits guests at this Bed and Breakfast set in Haddington near Auburn, Lincolnshire. The twin room we had was spacious and comfortable and we also enjoyed exclusive use of the bathroom suite across the hallway. A varied breakfast menu is served in the conservatory which looks out onto the garden and patio, upon...

Dawn made us feel extremely welcome. First-class room, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast to die for in a beautiful conservatory overlooking the garden. Lovely setting for exploring the Lincolnshire countryside. Can't recommend too highly.

We spent one night here. We cannot fault a single element! Breakfast varied for all tastes and superbly presented, all accommodation comfortable and spotlessly clean. Lovely bathroom and excellently structured layout if you have children as they can go to bed, and parents can sit in the lovely conservatory, very close to your room, for the remainder of the evening.

My wife & I stayed at the Wheelwrights B&B for 4 days as a base for touring around Lincolnshire. One of the Best B&Bs we've stayed in! Dawn & her husband are wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome. They were both very knowledgable about the area and gave us lots of tips & advice on what to do...

We had a very comfortable room and bed, a wonderful home cooked breakfast and helpful information to assist our travel. Many thanks to Dawn for her delicious raspberry muffins and Lincolnshire plum bread. :-)

This was our first trip to Lincolnshire and we did lots of travelling around the beautiful countryside, sightseeing in Lincoln, visiting the Cathedral, shopping, eating out etc., As you can imagine we were ready to relax when returning to the B & B. We...

Just back from our second visit to this most comfortable establishment. Stayed in the double room which was very warm and comfortable and had everything you could possibly need right down to fresh milk for your tea/coffee in a mini fridge in the hall. Good wi-fi throughout. Dawn is a great host and could not have done more for us....

We stayed here in the twin bedded room for 2 nights, with a separate private bathroom. Dawn is a lovely host, very welcoming, knowledgeable about local events and was extremely careful about my gluten-free requirements as a coeliac. Breakfast is served in a lovely spacious conservatory, where there is also a sofa and chair to relax in and many leaflets,...

I'm sorry you didn't mention it during your stay as I would have changed them that day. I have now replaced with softer ones and hope that you...
