Didn't disappoint, staff here are fabulous as usual and can't do enough for you, very traditional hotel and I am told one of the very few locally owned. It is a little old as I have said before but very clean and comfortable, nice pool, swim up bar, beaut beach, lots of water sports ect, nice walks. We don't do...

The entrance and lobby was spectacular, but it went downhill a bit from there. I made the mistake of going all inclusive, the buffet standard just wasn't up to much, food very mediocre and not a great selection. When we tried to order from the menu, knowing it was cost extra this caused confusion with the staff. Our bedroom was...

So many things to choose from- loads of water sports to choose from, table tennis, pool table, gym, beach chess, small putting green, water aerobics, the pool is lovely with a swim up bar. Great beach restaurants. Stayed 2 nights & didn't want to leave!!!! The rooms are large & spacious. Beds are very...

We went there looking for a break from the crowds at Legian / Seminyak - it was just what we needed peace and quiet with available beach beds, clean warm sea water and no beach sellers. The hotel was clean and welcoming and our room was well air conditioned clean and comfortable, although there was no hotel information in the...

Spent 3 days here following a conference in busy Kuta. The resort has a real Bali feel with beautiful grounds, comfortable rooms and great access to the beach and excellent restaurants and lovely pool. It was not very busy in early Dec., so it was very relaxing with all the services you could want.

The location is great and the rooms and resort layout are beautiful. However, the food was very poor and 99%( chips and burgers). There were barely any local or Indonesian dishes on the menus and those that were there were made with dried, processed noodles. The younger staff were welcoming and enthusiastic and helpful but the older staff, particularly on...

late arrival or early 3.00am. Reception service was average. Taken to a room that had two beds and no cot. After waiting they sorted the bed out and located a cot. Stayed in a Deluxe Villa. The room itself was spacious and clean. We had an issue with a shower head breaking but it was fixed promptly by bringing the...

There are a lot of bars, great water activities like jet skis, banana boats ect just at the waters edge. The staff are great and the resort is spotless. Rooms are large and comfy. Cocktails at the bars are so so, and i would skip the buffet lunch. There are better options either on the main road or walk to...
